I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 30 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
My approach is warm, conversational, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while incorporating other approaches based on your individual needs.
I value genuine connection, thoughtful conversation, and even humor when appropriate. We’ll work together to better understand what’s getting in your way, build useful tools, and make meaningful changes in your everyday life. My goal isn’t simply to help you feel better during our sessions, but to help you carry that progress into the rest of your life.
Hello, I’m Naomi, and I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed mental health clinician providing therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. You may be managing a lot on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside, trying to keep everything together while feeling unsure of what to do next. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. My goal is to create an environment where you can be yourself without feeling pressured to have everything figured out.
My approach is collaborative, flexible, and individualized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and expressive techniques when helpful. I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. Instead, we’ll work together to find approaches and strategies that fit your needs, personality, and everyday life.

Hi all, I’m Sara! I’ve spent the past 9 years working in the mental health field, across inpatient, outpatient, emergency room, and residential levels of care. I am licensed in 4 states (MN, IL, WI, and MA)
I strive to create a space where individuals feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences with curiosity and self-compassion. My passion for this work comes not only from professional training but also from personal experiences that have deepened my appreciation for resilience, compassion, and authentic human connection.
I also believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time—when appropriate, humor can be a meaningful part of the healing process and help make difficult conversations feel a little more approachable. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, and hoarding disorder, and frequently use evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients build confidence in facing fears and reclaiming their lives.
I’ve been working as a therapist for over four years, primarily supporting children, teens, and young adults who have experienced trauma. I specialize in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and have extensive experience working with survivors of abuse, individuals, and families navigating difficult experiences.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Simmons School of Social Work, where I completed a concentration in trauma treatment. I’m nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), certified in Problematic Sexual Behavior–Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (PSB-CBT) for children ages 7–12, and trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
I especially enjoy working with teens and helping strengthen caregiver-child relationships. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where clients feel understood, build practical skills, and work toward meaningful change.

Hello, hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of professional work experience. I am currently licensed in Arkansas, Massachusetts, Oregon, and Florida (tele-health only license). I have experience in helping clients with depression, anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
I strongly believe “change your thoughts, change your life,” and using the CBT and Solutions-Focused approaches can help a person recognize how self-defeating thought patterns can hinder their growth.
Welcome! I'm Michelle and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. I’m passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, build effective coping skills, and feel more confident in managing life’s difficulties.
My background includes work in both partial hospital and outpatient settings with a diverse range of clients and diagnoses. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable showing up as their full selves.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.

Healing Begins with Feeling Safe
I believe meaningful healing begins when we feel safe enough to be ourselves, without judgment, pressure, or expectations. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and supportive space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted.
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I support adults navigating anxiety, complex PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), grief, relationship difficulties, anger, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I recognize that the challenges we experience today are often connected to earlier relationships, attachment experiences, and patterns we developed to protect ourselves.
My approach involves gently exploring how these experiences may influence the beliefs we hold about ourselves, our emotional responses, and the behaviors we carry into our present lives. Together, we can begin to uncover the roots of patterns that may no longer serve you, approaching them with curiosity rather than judgment.
I integrate traditional psychotherapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, attachment-informed approaches, cognitive behavioral strategies, and emotional regulation skills. I believe that understanding how our nervous system responds to stress can help us develop greater self-compassion and a stronger sense of emotional safety.
I also recognize that anger, anxiety, avoidance, and other difficult emotions often communicate something important about our needs, experiences, and boundaries. Rather than viewing these responses as problems to eliminate, we can explore what they may be trying to tell us.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe you are the expert on your own experiences. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable, balancing meaningful exploration with practical tools for everyday life.
My hope is that our work helps you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling.
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to invest in your mental health. Are you having a hard time balancing family, work, and life? Are you struggling with avoidance and anxiety about the future? If you feel ready to explore how to reach your unique potential; let's figure out some goals, what's in the way, and how we can work through those challenges so you can reach your goals.
My background in research, crisis care, inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, in-home therapy, group therapy and outpatient therapy has given me exposure to several forms of therapy. I am currently practicing CBT, DBT, ACT and some elements of other forms of therapy.
If you are curious how we could approach your challenges and goals, please reach out and we can discuss options. Consultations are welcomed.
Hello! I'm Michelle.
As a dedicated mental health therapist, I am committed to guiding individuals on their journey towards well-being with a strong emphasis on self-care and intention. My goal is to get my clients started with building awareness of the patterns and behaviors causing distress, setting out to build strategies into seeing the “bigger picture”, and then making the choice to shift away into "new and different".
I believe that the mental health journey can feel different for everyone and is valid for all. It’s addressing the pile-on effects of everyday stress and learning how to breathe through anxiety and panic attacks. It’s establishing and keeping a daily routine as part of ADHD symptom management and finding self-compassion when experiencing depressive thoughts. There is no perfect or prescriptive way to approach the process of mental well-being. My role as a therapist is to support, facilitate, and provide collaborative space to examine all the pieces.

Hello and Welcome! I have been practicing clinical social work for fifteen years and take great pride in helping others. I have worked with clients who experience anxiety, depression, trauma response symptoms, mania and so much more. My approach is always about meeting you where you are at. My skill set includes years of practicing CBT, trauma processing, solution focused work, motivational interviewing, relational and psychodynamic techniques. My previous work experience includes a variety of settings with most of those years being in outpatient behavioral health. What I have always been most impressed with is the amount of strength and resiliency each person I meet already possesses. If you decide to join me in therapy, I eagerly await helping you to identify and build upon your own strengths and resiliency.

If you’ve spent a long time feeling unseen, overwhelmed, or weighed down by things from your past, therapy can be a place to start understanding how those experiences have shaped you. I don’t believe therapy is just about getting rid of symptoms. Sometimes the things we struggle with can tell us a lot about ourselves, including what we need and what may be ready to change.
I tend to be pretty active in sessions. I’m not someone who is just going to sit back and listen while you do all of the talking. I’ll share what I’m noticing, help you make connections, and give you things to think about or work on between sessions. I’m also interested in the deeper questions that can come up in therapy, like meaning, identity, intuition, and figuring out who you really are underneath all of the expectations and experiences that have shaped you.
Ultimately, I want therapy to help you feel more like yourself, not less.
Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts. I have my BA in psychology and MA in forensic mental health counseling. I have worked with several mental health organizations including emergency services, inpatient psychiatric hospital, and treatment based prison. I have worked with a variety of individuals experiencing acute mental health episodes, addiction, grief, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, etc. Since I have worked with a diverse client population, I have been exposed to how mental health conditions can present and how those mental health conditions can be stabilized. My main approaches to working with clients are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Existential Therapy because they are goal oriented. I believe it’s important for each client to set goals for themselves and be able to discuss these goals in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Please note, my hours of availability are Monday through Thursday from 10am-4pm.

Managing persistent anxiety, panic attacks, or depression can feel like watching a storm roll in that never quite clears. When distraction, self-medication, or simply waiting it out stop working—and the symptoms only grow more intense—it is natural to feel hopeless or stuck.
Therapy offers a dedicated space to break that cycle.
When working together, we will build a treatment plan tailored specifically to your goals. My practice draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, Meditation, and Guided Imagery. I also bring deep experience navigating the stages of change, the cycles of addiction, and how substance use intersects with mental health.
I understand that while everyone's journey looks different, the distress you feel is real. Prioritizing your well-being takes courage, but you don't have to navigate it alone.

Hi, I’m Joe. I’ve worked in the mental health field for 27 years across substance use treatment, outpatient care, and hospital settings. I’ve supported individuals and families through crisis, transition, and long-term growth.
I work well with young adults, adults, and families who are navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, or major life changes. I also have extensive experience working with men who may struggle to express emotions directly and instead feel stuck in withdrawal, irritability, or self-doubt.
As a veteran, I understand the mindset and pressures that can come with military life. Across all of my work, I aim to provide a grounded, steady presence where honesty, insight, and meaningful change can take place.
I’m Essy, an LCSW/LICSW, PsyD candidate, and author who works primarily with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ adults navigating identity, trauma, burnout, masking, and the pressure to overperform in environments that were never designed with them in mind. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and strongly neuroaffirming. I blend warmth, honesty, insight, and practical support to help clients better understand themselves and build lives that feel more sustainable and authentic.
For more than 25 years as a social worker, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and build the skills needed to create meaningful change. Over the years, I have learned that growth rarely happens in a straight line. It often begins with small steps, honest conversations, and the willingness to try something new. I believe every person has the capacity for growth, even during life’s most difficult seasons, and that healing is possible when people feel supported, respected, and understood.
My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I blend evidence-based practices with humor, grace, and gentle persistence to help clients move toward the life they want. In our work together, we will focus on what is already working, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, and develop practical coping skills that fit your unique needs and values. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can speak openly, explore challenges without judgment, and feel encouraged to keep moving forward, even when progress feels slow.
I also believe therapy should be both practical and empowering. Together, we will look for creative solutions, build resilience, and strengthen your confidence in handling whatever comes your way. Change is not always easy, but you do not have to navigate it alone. My goal is to help you reduce your struggles, reconnect with your strengths, and discover the tools you need not just to cope, but to thrive in your daily life and relationships. Whether you are facing stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, I will meet you where you are and work with you at a pace that feels manageable, hopeful, and grounded in your strengths so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Hello, I'm Diana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, support, and practical tools for change. I work with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, adjustment to medical diagnoses, relationship concerns, and communication difficulties. I strive to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their personal growth.
As a clinician I am calm, kind, and reliable. I am passionate about supporting people in their journey towards self improvement in many areas including mentally, socially and emotionally. Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and I believe one of the strongest predictors of successful therapy is finding someone with whom you feel genuinely comfortable and understood.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with eight years of experience providing therapy to adults across a variety of settings. My clinical background includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illness, mood disorders, psychosis, trauma, and major life transitions. I have completed advanced training in perinatal mental health and am a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C), allowing me to provide specialized support during pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and the emotional challenges that can accompany the transition to parenthood.
I also have a passion for supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families across the lifespan. Whether you are an adult with Down syndrome, a caregiver, or an expectant parent adjusting to a prenatal diagnosis, I strive to provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and individualized care.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Life rarely fits neatly into categories, and many of us carry emotions that seem contradictory—hope alongside fear, gratitude alongside grief, confidence alongside uncertainty. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult emotions, I believe healing begins by making space for them, understanding where they come from, and learning how to move forward without letting them define us. Together, we will identify practical strategies, build on your strengths, and work toward goals that feel meaningful to you. Therapy should be a space where you can show up authentically and be met with compassion, honesty, and respect.
No matter what has brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater understanding, resilience, and hope.

I have just recently become a Certified Yoga Instructor through Nanaquaket Yoga Studio of Tiverton, Rhode Island. One of the most important things I realized through my training is that ancient yogic philosophy is essentially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Like CBT, yoga asks that we notice, that we develop an Observing Eye and approach our thoughts and feelings with gentle curiosity. This allows us the psychic time and space to question our own minds and to pause and reflect, as opposed to reacting and becoming dysregulated. To live in that tender pause, to allow ourselves that moment of self-study and authenticity, is the goal of both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychospiritual advancement through yoga.
For more than seven years, I've helped clients work through anxiety, depression, significant life changes including pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, and new career choices.
I currently work at Mass General Brigham as a Complex Care Social Worker, supporting adults coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex medical conditions. I use therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I’m an identical twin, so human connection has always been a meaningful part of my life. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from UMass Amherst in 2020 and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University in 2023. Outside of the therapy room, I love anything nature (except bugs), DIY projects, and playing the piano.

Hi, I'm Greg,
Have you ever felt like the path your life has taken has not turned out the way you expected? Do you sometimes wonder why you don't feel the way you think you should, or worry that you may not be headed in the right direction?
We all feel that way, quite often, and I've found that it often helps to talk through some of these things to help us feel more confident in ourselves, and in our lives.
For the past 30 years, I have been in the business of helping people of all ages through tough spots in their lives, with a variety of circumstances and problems, and I have seen a lot, but I am always interested in meeting new people and finding new challenges to work through.

Clients learn how to regulate their nervous systems through effective self-care practices as they work towards living the life they want.

I provide a therapeutic space where clients feel deeply heard, understood, and supported — while also being gently challenged to grow.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, identity struggles, life transitions, and recurring emotional or relational patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
My approach goes beyond surface-level conversations. Together, we explore the deeper emotional dynamics behind behaviors, relationship patterns, fears, and internal conflicts while also building practical tools for lasting change.
Clients often describe my style as warm, emotionally attuned, insightful, and direct in a compassionate way. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves while also developing the clarity and confidence needed to move forward differently.
I have extensive experience working with diverse populations in both English and Spanish, and I strive to create a culturally sensitive environment where clients feel genuinely understood.
In addition to therapy services, I also offer immigration-related psychological evaluations and clinically appropriate Emotional Support Animal (ESA) assessments and letters as separate private-pay services outside of insurance coverage.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or trapped in repeating cycles — and leave with stronger self-awareness, healthier boundaries, and a renewed sense of direction.
I am an older adult who has spent my life in service to others, and have now gained the education, licensing, and experience to continue my life of caring as a therapist. I am a mother and grandmother and share my living space with my cat, Chai. I have worked in Family & Children services, Emergency services, and in Addiction Treatment centers. I have extensive training and experience in helping people recover from trauma, both one-time events and complex events over time. I am familiar with and knowledgeable about cults and manipulative relationships that use undue influence and gas-lighting. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, and I see myself as an advocate to help you navigate your life.
From a young age I've wanted to help others. For over 20 years I have worked as an LICSW in a variety of healthcare settings with people across the lifespan, helping to inspire change and promote quality of life. In addition to my independent licensure, I hold a diploma in Natural Health Consulting, and certifications in spiritual and energy healing practices. My education, trainings, professional and personal experience make me a well-rounded practitioner equipped to help you reach your goals.

I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as an active guide—offering clear direction, empathy, warmth, and humor. I understand that everyone's pace is different, and I tailor treatment to what works best for you—whether that means active tools like journaling or simply using our time to process without extra tasks. Our sessions are a dedicated space to find calm and clarity without adding pressure to your life. You are in charge of this journey, and I am here to support your goals—as much or as little as you need. I value open and honest feedback, and you don't have to figure it all out alone.
Have you tried therapy but just didn’t get anywhere? New to therapy and not sure what to look for? Have a great life but feeling unfulfilled, having trouble navigating important relationships, or experiencing strong feelings that seem to come out of nowhere?
I’ve worked with clients to explore these and similar issues in the many years I’ve provided therapy. I have an uncanny ability to gently and compassionately challenge what may be happening, often leading to insight and a new found ability to make real and lasting changes so you can focus on what matters most to you: your family, your education, your career, your mental well-being.
Whether you are dealing with Relationship/friendship issues, parenting challenges, workplace issues or unresolved conflicts, I listen with an understanding ear. I help people address intense anxiety, ADHD, and mild depression even when most components in life seem to be going quite well. Sometimes things aren’t working because, well, they’re not working.
My clients include people from various backgrounds and situations, from intact families to those estranged or low/no contact in family status. I see clients employed as teachers, nurses, research scientists, a dentist, a CEO, an HR executive, a cheese monger, both new and seasoned “stay-at-home” care-givers and many people studying in college, graduate programs, or obtaining post-graduate degrees. Whoever you are, from whatever background, I listen intently to your story and can help bring awareness into what may be obstacles to living a peaceful, serene, healthy life. As different as people are, I have discovered that some of our patterns and dynamics are very much the same. You don’t have to carry your emotional pain all on your own. I can help.
