Hello! My name is Diana. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC) in multiple states, including CT, AK, MA, RI, TX and FL. I am a registered Art Therapist and Play Therapist, with over 12 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I have significant experience working with active duty Service members and military families worldwide.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our initial session will be a time for us to get to know each other and discuss your concerns. I'll create a safe and welcoming space for you to share your thoughts and feelings without judgment. We'll explore your goals for therapy and develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My Greatest Strengths as a Therapist: - Empathy and compassion: I believe in creating a genuine connection with my clients and offering unwavering support. - Active listening: I'm committed to understanding your perspective and validating your experiences. - Collaborative approach: I work closely with my clients to develop personalized strategies that empower them to make positive changes. - Evidence-based techniques: I utilize proven therapeutic approaches, such as Art Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help you develop coping skills and improve your overall well-being.
