Hello! I work with adults struggling with depression, trauma, addiction, and grief. I also support adults with ADHD-related challenges to help them thrive. Whether focusing on self-esteem, persistent anxiety, or just getting unstuck from old patterns, our work will focus on your whole person (emotional, mental, physical, and even spiritual wellbeing). I meet every client where they are, and will work with you to identify challenges and develop goals to focus on the changes you seek most.

I have worked extensively supporting adults navigating the most difficult life transitions (career, loss & grief, divorce, addiction recovery, and acute mental health struggles), and working with adults with ADHD to address underlying challenges while offering solutions-oriented approaches. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize CBT methods throughout treatment and collaborate with clients to identify their challenges and goals. We'll work to connect triggers and negative thought patterns with corresponding emotions and behaviors, and ultimately create new, healthy patterns of thinking and being.
