I have been practicing for over 15 years and I am constantly learning and growing as a practitioner. I offer techniques and insights that go beyond traditional talk therapy.
The tools I incorporate in my work, involve mindfulness meditation, guided imagery and therapeutic writing. I also use techniques derived from internal family systems, transpersonal therapy and somatic processing.
