Our first session will consist of learning more about your previous therapy experiences as well as family and medical history that would be relevant to treatment. Clients goals for therapy will be discussed. Any questions client has about the therapy process will be addressed.

I try to connect with clients in a way that makes them feel like we are a team. My goal is to help each client and guide them throughout their journey, wherever it is starting. I enjoy using humor to connect with my clients and create a light and comfortable atmosphere
