I grew up in China and have traveled across Europe and the U.S.! I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis and a master's degree in Social Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. I am a PsyaD candidate. I offer both Telehealth and in-person session located in downtown Boston.

"Why so serious?" - The joker once asked this. We're taught to take everything seriously-rules, expectations, others' needs-but often neglect the most vital parts of ourselves: our emotions, desires, ambitions and dreams.
