Hi! I’m Ashley, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, from children to adults, supporting people through a variety of behavioral, emotional, and psychological challenges. My experience includes working in settings such as correctional, crisis intervention, school-based programs, hospital settings and substance use programs, as well as supporting individuals navigating personality disorders, behavioral concerns, and difficulties with relationships. Across these experiences, I’ve found that one of the most meaningful parts of this work is helping people better understand themselves, build healthier relationships, and create a greater sense of balance and fulfillment in their everyday lives. I believe that therapy should feel like a space where you can be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create an environment that is uniquely tailored to each person I work with, honoring where they are while supporting them in where they want to go. I strive to meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and genuine care as we work together toward positive and lasting change.
We will focus on the reasons for seeking treatment, a little background and discussion of your personal treatment goals.
I bring a transparent, down-to-earth approach to therapy and am genuinely invested in the time we spend together. I strive to create an open, judgment-free space where each person feels seen, respected, and supported in a way that is unique to them. As someone trained in Art Therapy, I enjoy incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities into my work rather than relying solely on traditional talk therapy. I believe that sometimes meaningful insight and growth can happen in ways that words alone cannot always capture. Creative and experiential approaches can help deepen self-reflection, encourage new perspectives, and create a safe space to explore emotions, experiences, and personal growth at your own pace. My goal is to make therapy feel both comfortable and meaningful—meeting you where you are while creating space for deeper reflection, connection, and lasting growth.
My clients are self motivated and have a desire to put in the work to improve quality of life and develop a deeper inward reflection.

I was only able to choose two characteristics of Ashley's therapy style, but she really encompasses them all. She is so easy to talk to, is so authentic, and also easy to laugh with! I appreciate her so much and feel like I'm able to express myself so well when we talk. I don't know exactly what it is about her, but my brain feels comfortable digging deeper and expressing things I don't even realize until I've spoken them out loud. She is clearly doing the work she is meant to be doing.
