About me

I am a Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing for over 5 years. I currently work full-time at Mass General Brigham and bring a lot of experience to my clients struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes, and feeling overwhelmed. I am passionate about supporting postpartum families, recognizing that the transition into parenthood can be both beautiful and overwhelming. I also have years of experience working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will get to know each other and figure out your goals for therapy. What brought you here and what do you want to gain from our time together? This space is for you and I am honored to be a part of your wellness journey!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am experienced working with addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I have a specialized certificate from Tulane University for Mental Health, Addiction and the Family. I hold a specialized certificate as a CCTP, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and have experience working with clients with trauma and PTSD.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I provide individual therapy to children and adults struggling with life transitions, parental challenges, relationship issues, grief, depression, and anxiety. My style is warm, direct, and relational. I strive to build a strong therapeutic alliance and tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs. I do not believe one type of therapy fits all, and I am excited to get to know you and your goals so we can find the best treatment plan for you!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT with clients to show how our thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected. Through activities like identifying negative thoughts and practicing positive responses, clients will learn new coping mechanisms to improve their emotional well-being and behavior.

Motivational Interviewing

I focus on listening, asking open questions, and supporting my clients to explore their feelings and goals. My goal is to help clients identify their reasons for change and strengthening their confidence to take action.
