Allow me to introduce myself and provide you with a summary of my experience. My name is Florence, and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 27 years of extensive experience in the field. Employing an integrative approach in my practice affords me the versatility to employ a spectrum of evidence-based interventions tailored to suit the individual needs of my clients. Moreover, I operate from a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive perspective. I have worked with a variety of populations across the lifespan. From conducting outreach to marginalized individuals within the confines of the New York City subway system to comforting clients and families in nursing homes and long-term care facilities, I aim to be compassionate, understanding, non-judgmental and culturally competent. Specializing in addressing the mental health needs of both youth and adults, I am adept at navigating various challenges such as life transitions, academic concerns, depression, anxiety, bereavement, and trauma. One of my greatest passions is youth development and social emotional learning. There is profound fulfillment in facilitating individuals in acquiring the tools to navigate emotions, bolster resilience, foster confidence, and nurture self-esteem.

Through this treatment method I teach my clients to identify, examine and replace unhelpful thinking patterns. My name is Kassiana Casimir, and I hold a Master of Science in Counselor Education. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I support individuals in managing emotional regulation, improving relationships, and navigating life transitions. I use evidence-based, culturally sensitive approaches to help clients gain insight, heal, and build healthier coping strategies in a safe, supportive environment.

Lashica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with 20 years of experience working with an array of populations. She’s has worked on a wide range of concerns such as: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, work/life balance and ADHD. In addition to working with individuals who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuse. Lashica approaches working with her clients by meeting them right where they are. Which includes teaching skills that will help reach identified goals so her clients can move forward in life being the best version of themselves. Lashica believes that it takes courage and determination to place your mental well-being first in the midst of a busy life.

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the field for 12 years. I've been Licensed for 8 years. I have experience working with a range of people and different ages. I've been trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Circle of Security Parenting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and have worked with young children, adolescents, and adults. I have been doing agency work for the past 12 years as well. I've worked with clients with substance use issues in the child welfare system, high risk adolescents, in the school system, and adult outpatient. I believe in treating a person holistically and drawing from strengths that they may already possess. With this approach, clients are able to help uncover their abilities, use their support system or gain assistance in developing one, and make long-lasting changes. I use a variety of evidence based practices that draw from CBT, solution focused, ACT, and DBT, and others. I also take a trauma informed approach. I have a goal of owning my own practice but set up as a therapeutic coffee shop. I am available in person and via telehealth on evenings and weekends only.
