Hello, I’m Jose and I am a Licensed Mental Health psychotherapist. As a therapist, I believe that a kind and supportive, client-focused approach is fundamental in helping navigate the many challenges that life can bring. I like to provide my clients with a warm, nonjudgmental, safe, and supportive space where we can explore and address the various thoughts, emotions, experiences, etc. that pose a challenge in everyday life. My Journey to becoming a therapist began after a career in teaching and raising my three boys. My passion has always been working with children, but as a therapist, I have the ability to help people of all ages. I have a background in working with trauma, adoption, divorce, parent coaching, and the child welfare system, and I have experience working with young children, teens and adults. I specialize in working with children and families who are struggling with child behaviors, life circumstances, family dynamics, adult, relationships, or parent, child relationships, and seek greater connection, harmony, and resiliency in life.

I am a fully licensed clinician in Florida who has dedicated my career to helping my clients experience an authentic and fulfilling life. I enjoy getting to know my clients and being an added support to their journey. I have worked with active duty military and their families, adolescents and teens in the school system, incarcerated individuals and helped reintegrate back into civilian life, and now, where I work in private practice with families looking to reconnect with their spouses, children and on an individual basis as well. This at times takes a deeper look at how to work through emotions that cause barriers to our success. I help clients connect with their inner thoughts and emotions to communicate more effectively.

Dr. Alexis (she/they) is a queer, neurodivergent, Latinx therapist and guide who supports Women of Color, LGBTQ+ folks, and late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals navigating burnout, identity, and relational healing. Using the *The Restorative Thread* methodology she developed, she weaves together narrative therapy, somatic practices, and culturally grounded care to help clients unmask, reconnect, and reclaim their truth—in their own time and in their own way. Many of her clients are deeply capable and outwardly composed, yet inwardly carrying exhaustion, disconnection, or the weight of constantly being “on.” Dr. Alexis offers a restorative, affirming space where you can explore who you are *beyond survival*, and begin to live more fully aligned with your essence embodiment.

Hi! I am Stephanie, a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed therapist based in FL. I specialize in trauma treatment, anxiety and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and millennials. In the last 6 years, I have also worked alongside a diverse adult population supporting them through their healing journey. I provide culturally competent services by meeting clients where they are personally and emotionally. I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance where clients actively collaborate in their treatment. I have worked with a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, interpersonal problems, racial/ethnic issues, family issues, adjustment disorder, trauma, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I have a history in working with parents who foster or adopt, adults who were in the foster care system or adopted as children. I also specialize with women (18+) going through difficult life transitions, stress/anxiety and stage of life conflicts. Lastly, I have been in full time ministry for over 19 years and work with those in helping professions combat burnout and compassion fatigue. (The only limitation is I do not serve Palm Beach, Broward or Dade counties because of my community platform).
