Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. I work with clients who are experiencing a broad range of challenges including anxiety, depression, eating disorder, body image, trauma, and relationship challenges. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, I help clients explore their emotions, identify coping strategies, and work towards achieving their therapeutic goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together we will discuss the challenges you are currently facing and also explore your past history. The first session will be more information gathering and getting to know each other and sessions to follow will be more of a typical talk therapy approach. We will also discuss goals for therapy and what works best for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space for clients to feel safe opening up and exploring their concerns on a deeper level.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I incorporate a combination of evidence-based treatments with my approach being grounded in a systemic and attachment-oriented approach where we explore where the root cause of the symptoms originated from.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I work collaboratively with clients to identify and reframe negative thought patterns, fostering positive behavioral changes. My goal is to empower individuals to develop effective coping strategies, manage challenges, and achieve lasting improvements in their mental well-being.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I integrate mindfulness practices into my therapeutic approach, helping clients cultivate present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Through mindfulness techniques, clients develop resilience, better cope with challenges, and foster a greater sense of balance and calm in their lives.
