Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT method to helps my clients see the connection between their thoughts feelings and behaviors. Many times we get caught in patterns of thinking that do not serve us.

Gottman method

The goals of Gottman Method Couples Therapy are to disarm conflicting verbal communication; increase intimacy, respect, and affection; remove barriers that create a feeling of stagnancy; and create a heightened sense of empathy and understanding within the context of the relationship.

Gestalt

The Gestalt treatment method is practiced to keep clients mind-full and in-tune with their physiological reactions throughout the experiencing phase of an exercise and reflective throughout the processing phase of that exercise.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based therapy is an approach to psychotherapy that uses cognitive behavioral therapy methods in collaboration with mindfulness meditative practices and similar psychological strategies.

Trauma-Focused CBT

Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy that aims at addressing the needs of children and adolescents with post traumatic stress disorder and other difficulties related to traumatic life events. The goal is to help clients learn skills to cope with trauma, face and resolve trauma and related concerns, as well as effectively integrate their traumatic experiences and progress through life in a safe and positive manner.
