I work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of why they think, feel, or react the way they do. Some come in wanting a space to talk and process what is going on in their lives, while others are ready to go deeper and understand how their past experiences are still impacting them today. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Together, we can create a space where you can safely explore your experiences, gain insight, and begin to make meaningful changes at your own pace.
During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and goals so I can better understand your unique situation. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether I feel like the right fit for your needs. Together, we'll begin developing a plan tailored to your goals, helping you feel supported, understood, and confident about the path forward.
I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. My approach combines practical tools with deeper healing work through EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy. I focus on helping clients understand the root causes of their struggles so they can create lasting change, not just manage symptoms.
I work best with adults and teens who are high-functioning but internally overwhelmed. You may be constantly overthinking, easily triggered, emotionally exhausted, or aware that past experiences still affect your relationships, confidence, or sense of safety. I’m a good fit for clients who want more than surface-level coping skills and are ready to understand what is happening beneath the anxiety

EMDR
EMDR helps process past experiences that continue to affect how you feel, think, or react in the present. We work at a pace that feels safe and manageable, without needing to relive or retell every detail. EMDR supports the nervous system in releasing what has been stuck so anxiety, emotional intensity, and triggers begin to soften over time.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness and somatic techniques help you become more aware of what’s happening in your body and emotions in the moment. These tools support grounding, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of safety. They are especially helpful for calming anxiety, reducing overwhelm, and learning how to settle your nervous system during daily life.
Brainspotting
I utilize Brainspotting to help clients access and process unresolved emotional experiences by identifying eye positions that connect to deeper areas of the brain where trauma, stress, and distress are stored. Through focused mindfulness and attunement, Brainspotting supports the brain’s natural ability to heal, fostering emotional regulation, resilience, and lasting change.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a gentle, optional approach that can support relaxation, insight, and deeper emotional processing. It is not about losing control, but rather about accessing a calm, focused state where meaningful internal work can happen. When appropriate, hypnotherapy can help reduce anxiety, increase self-awareness, and support lasting change.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
At the foundation of my work is a person-centered approach. Therapy is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to you as an individual. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Your goals, values, and pace guide our work together.

I desired to begin EMDR and Jenny is taking me through this process. She is very understanding and willing to help. I very much feel comfortable talking to her.

Meeting Jenny for the first time was a pleasure. She was very warm and inviting and at the same time professional. She did not make me feel like I was just a number but rather a person that had feelings. I'm looking forward to what she can offer.

I chose Jenny, her voice was soothing to my ears. She allowed me the time to articulate my feelings without assuming where my thoughts were headed. She listened to understand me. She gave me the space to confide in my most authentic self. She listened with compassion and without judgment, offering the space to find the answers I had buried under years of self doubt. She has a gift and I am so grateful she is here for me.
