I was born in NJ where I completed my education at Rutger's University and now live with my family in DE. I have my LCSW in DE, NJ, and CA and currently practice in these 3 states. I am an animal lover of all kinds and enjoy being outdoors as much as I can. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, exercising, and reading.
My therapeutic approach is to work with my clients to create a space that is comfortable, safe; while still challenging them to make the changes they are looking for. I meet you where you are at in your life. You are the expert of your own life and we go at your pace. There is no judgement or expectation for you to talk or perform
I provide evidence-based approaches that provides you with tools and skills to better manage life stressors. I have extensive experience working with adults regarding a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family of origin issues, and work/life balance difficulties.
I worked extensively with women coping with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, trauma, peer difficulties, and life transitions.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping women navigate anxiety, overwhelm, and the emotional challenges that come with different stages of life. For more than 20 years, I have worked with women and families in medical and maternal health settings, including OB/GYN practices and postpartum programs. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the pressures many women carry while balancing relationships, parenting, work, and caregiving responsibilities.
Many of the women I work with appear capable and “together” on the outside but feel stressed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted internally. They often feel responsible for keeping everything running smoothly for their families while quietly managing their own worries, self-doubt, or sense of overwhelm.
In therapy, I offer a warm and supportive space where you can slow down and talk openly about what you’re experiencing. Together we explore the patterns contributing to stress or anxiety and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and balanced in your daily life.

I am passionate about meeting people where they are at and helping them feel better and reach their goals.
I am a compassionate and experienced licensed clinical social worker committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I am a licensed psychologist with experience across private practice, community mental‑health settings, and correctional settings. My clinical work focuses on helping patients understand the bidirectional connection between thoughts, emotions, and physical health. I provide structured and flexible, evidence‑based therapy informed by CBT, DBT, and EMDR, behavioral health, and contemporary clinical psychology.
My approach is direct and yet compassionate, collaborative and client-focused, and centered on measurable change. I help patients identify behavioral patterns, challenge distorted thinking, strengthen emotional regulation, understand the duality of the world (the tension of the opposites and how to find the fine balance in it), and build practical skills that support long‑term stability. I also integrate psychoeducation on the mind–body relationship, health behaviors, and the impact of chronic stress on psychological functioning. Evolutionary psychology and metaphors are a big part of my psycho-education as well.
I work with adults 18 to 64 years old, including individuals navigating medical illness, work‑related stress, family conflict, identity development, life and career transitions, lifestyle integration in California, and trauma histories. I also have specialized experience working with personality disorders and individuals facing complex psychosocial stressors.
As a naturalized, proud citizen of this country, I bring a unique perspective to therapy based on my life experiences, my work as a multicultural mental health professional, and my recognition not to take the freedom and opportunities we have in our country for granted.
I’m constantly working to expand my knowledge within my scope of practice. Currently, I’m completing a post‑graduate master’s degree in clinical psychopharmacology in order to integrate medical and psychological perspectives more comprehensively. This training helps me better recognize how medical and mental‑health conditions influence one another—connections that are often overlooked.
I also speak and provide therapy in Armenian and Russian.
