I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Drawing from EMDR therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I provide a safe, collaborative space to help clients process painful experiences, build resilience, and rediscover a sense of balance and self-worth. My goal is to support your healing journey at your pace by fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, restore calm, confidence, hope, and lasting growth.
During our first session, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. We’ll begin by exploring your current concerns, personal goals, and any background information that may help me better understand your experiences. I will explain my therapeutic approach, answer any questions you may have, and discuss what a typical session looks like so you feel informed and comfortable. Together, we’ll begin to outline a plan that supports your healing, growth, and overall emotional well-being.
Having the gift of active listening has been a tremendous asset in my practice. I take great pride in my ability to support my clients and help them recognize and build upon their strengths. My approach focuses on empowering each individual to develop effective problem-solving skills. I am here to support and guide you through a collaborative therapeutic process—one that values your participation and personal insight. My commitment to helping others is reflected in every session, as we work together to strengthen your coping skills and discover ways to bring more joy and balance into your life. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals—whether that means finding greater self-fulfillment, nurturing healthy relationships, or reaching your life’s objectives.
My ideal clients are adults who are ready to heal from past trauma, grief, or emotional pain that continues to impact their daily lives and relationships. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—yet carry a deep desire to understand their experiences, regain a sense of control, and live with greater peace and confidence. I work with individuals who want to develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding to life’s challenges. Together, we identify patterns that no longer serve you, reframe negative thoughts, and build emotional resilience. My approach integrates compassion, insight, and evidence-based practices to support meaningful change and lasting healing. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—a safe space to be heard, supported, and guided toward your own definition of balance, strength, and fulfillment.

My EMDR experience includes formal training, supervised consultation, and ongoing integration of the standard EMDR 8-Phase protocol with clients presenting with complex trauma, anxiety, OCD features, medical trauma, grief, phobias, and attachment-related wounds. I approach EMDR through a client-centered culturally responsive, and collaborative lens, ensuring that each client moves through preparation and reprocessing only when they have the stability, skills and internal resources to do so safely.
My clinical framework blends the structure of CBT with the depth and neurobiological grounding of EMDR, allowing clients to understand their patterns, regulate their emotions, and reprocess core memories that drive current distress.
I incorporate Solution focused Brief Treatment to help clients identify strengths, develop actionable steps, and create meaningful changes in targeted, efficient formant. Highlighting what is working rather than dwelling on what is not by reinforcing clients existing sills, resilience and problem solving-abilities.

She has given me so many useful tools and approaches and has helped me have confidence in the inner work I am doing. I feel cared for and seen. I have been able to keep at bringing myself away from harmful past events and into the now. She is such a blessing and has such a genuine kindness.
