Many clients believe that the therapist is the expert when it comes to therapy. My approach is that the client is the expert to their own lives. I am just a tool to help you navigate through some emotions, whether it is comfortable or uncomfortable. I have helped many clients throughout my years of experience identify and process their emotions and take it out of therapy and help implement their emotions positively in their everyday lives.
