Hi, I’m Adrianne. Are you at a point where you’re ready for more than just talking—you’re ready for real change? I work with individuals who are committed to growth, self-awareness, and doing the work required to move forward. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we focus on both insight and action—so you can see meaningful progress in your life, not just temporary relief. How I Can Help Life transitions and identity shifts Emotional overwhelm, stress, and burnout Substance use recovery and behavioral patterns Relationship challenges and boundary-setting Personal growth and self-discovery My Approach My work is grounded in the belief that healing creates peace through empowerment. I provide a space that is supportive, honest, and focused—helping you understand your patterns, build clarity, and take intentional steps forward. I won’t just sit back and listen—I’ll guide, challenge, and support you in ways that help you grow. My Background I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and have experience working in vocational rehabilitation and behavioral health. Much of my work has focused on individuals seeking freedom from substance use and navigating meaningful life change. I have been providing telehealth therapy for the past five years. You May Be a Good Fit If: You’re ready to be honest with yourself You want more than coping—you want change You’re willing to engage consistently in the process Not a Fit If: You are in active crisis or looking for support without being ready to take an active role in your healing.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is focused on understanding where you are and where you want to go. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, any patterns or challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to change or improve. I’ll ask questions to get a clear picture of your current situation, your history, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. This is also a space for you to get a sense of how I work. I’ll be direct, engaged, and intentional—offering reflections and initial insights, not just listening. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing what meaningful progress could look like for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out—that’s part of the process—but a willingness to be open and honest will help us get the most out of our time. By the end of the session, you can expect to: Have more clarity around your current challenges Begin identifying patterns or areas of focus Discuss initial goals for our work together Understand how we’ll move forward

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

“Where insight becomes action—and healing becomes self-led.” My greatest strength is my ability to help clients move beyond insight into meaningful change. I don’t believe awareness alone creates transformation. I work with you to identify patterns, challenge what’s no longer serving you, and take intentional steps toward a different way of living. My approach is both supportive and direct—I create a space where you feel heard, but also guided and challenged. I bring a combination of clinical training and real-world experience, particularly in working with individuals navigating substance use, life transitions, and identity shifts. I’m skilled at helping clients recognize underlying patterns, build self-awareness, and translate that awareness into action. Clients often leave sessions with: Greater clarity about their thoughts, behaviors, and patterns Practical strategies they can apply in real life A stronger sense of direction and personal responsibility in their growth I am especially effective with individuals who are ready to engage in the process, be honest with themselves, and commit to change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

"I've been using CBT in my practice for the past 14 years. We'll utilize CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. Subsequently, we'll apply that knowledge to challenge and change your thinking patterns, helping you achieve the desired outcomes in your life."

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

MBT offers a holistic approach to mental health treatment, emphasizing self-awareness, self-compassion, and skillful living in the present moment. It assists individuals in integrating principles of mindfulness into therapeutic techniques to help them manage psychological difficulties and improve overall well-being. Clients will learn to apply mindfulness skills in everyday life, which can help them manage stress, cope with difficult emotions, and break free from habitual patterns of thinking and behavior."

Adrienne is amazing. She’s helped me get to a new level of myself. She’s patient but holds me accountable. She’s able to listen to my content but not get lost in it. She’s probably one of the best therapists I’ve had and I’m a hard judge because I work in the field too. She a resource queen as well!!
