I work with adult women navigating anxiety, depression, coping skills, work stress, life transitions, self-esteem, chronic health issues, spirituality, college or student life phases, peer relationships, dating, long-term romantic partnerships, and marriage.
Taking a holistic approach to therapy, I view healing as an integrative journey. To me, therapy is a dedicated sanctuary for self-support—a safe harbor to process emotions, find clarity, and experience true validation.
I deeply value transparent, open communication and work intentionally to cultivate a non-judgmental space where you feel entirely safe, supported, and heard.
I appreciate you taking the time to learn about me and consider working together. As there are likely many therapists who can accompany you on your journey, here’s a bit about me, which may help you make a choice.
When you feel overwhelmed, lonely, self critical, or stuck in swirling thoughts and emotions, it can be hard to know how you got here or how to move forward.
I understand what this uncertainty is like. The bumpy ups and downs of becoming a student, professional, partner, and parent sometimes brought me to my knees. The experiences of getting back up taught me how to thrive on the inside, even when the surrounding world feels unpredictable. This journey toward joy, connection, and inner steadiness inspired me to become a clinical psychologist, and it fuels my optimism for your healing.
I offer virtual therapy for adults and older teens who want support navigating these moments and finding steadier ground.
With me you’ll find a blend of:
Warmth & Humility. A safe space to be yourself, slow down, and understand what’s happening
Insight & Irreverence. We’ll look at the hard stuff, and probably laugh a little, too.
Steady Shifts. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
Together, we’ll tackle your questions, quiet your worries, get comfortable with your feelings, and help you feel at home with yourself.

These experiences have shaped who I am today and allow me to meet my clients with genuine understanding, empathy, and respect for their resilience and capacity to heal. I want you to know that healing is possible and within reach. It is both an honor and a privilege to support my clients, especially in places that I, too, have traveled emotionally.

I am a Vietnamese and English-speaking psychotherapist with over 18 years of clinical experiences. I have a passion to promote the integration of individual, family and community healing. My lifelong goal of being a therapist is to provide support to those struggling with different life challenges, such as managing stress, finding work-life balance, or processing personal or generational trauma. I help individuals find their intrinsic motivation to emotionally heal and experience personal growth. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, be acknowledged, given validation, and be understood.
Whether you are struggling with sadness, finding the energy to do things in life, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger, trauma, unhealthy coping, or even masking your emotions; you are capable and you can heal. I truly believe that most people will do well when they know how to do well. It's hard to ask for help and it's hard to accept the help. We just get stuck in the quick fix, easiest option, or the least emotionally draining route. My style towards therapy is direct, relational, and authentic. I won't sugar coat things or tell you what you "want" to hear, and I hope the same from you. This is about you and for you.
Welcome. Wherever you are on your life journey, I am glad you are here. Healing is not about becoming someone new — it is about remembering who you are beneath the conditioning, survival patterns, and expectations that have pulled you away from living in alignment with your authentic self.
Influenced by ecotherapy practices and sacred plant wisdom, I honor the intelligence of both the psyche and the natural world in supporting emotional, spiritual, and nervous system healing.
You do not need to be fixed. You do deserve a space where all parts of you are welcome — a place where healing is not about perfection, but about living more fully, honestly, and in connection with your soul purpose.
Have you ever felt like you were busy doing all the things you thought would bring you a happy life, yet felt alone and disconnected from yourself and others?
These feelings are often when people turn to alcohol, drugs, food, shopping or relationships to try to create those feelings of happiness, contentment and joy. It can work for a short time however the key to moving forward is to understand the reasons we seek out these distractions.
When we strengthen the relationship with ourselves, the outer world becomes much more balanced and fulfilling. Through slowing down and reconnecting with our mind, body and spirit we can feel more confident to face life events with a more stable and hopeful core sense of self.
I specialize in treating relationship issues, addiction/substance abuse, depression, anxiety, job related issues, couples treatment and divorce recovery

As an EMDR therapist my work centers on helping heal from the impacts of trauma while honoring the cultural, historical and relational contexts in which trauma exists. Many wounds are not only personal but also intergenerational, systemic and shaped by oppression, displacement and historical harm. I support clients in processing painful experiences while also reconneccting to their resilience.
