I provide an integrative and holistic approach that focuses on all aspects of one's self (emotional, behavioral, mental, spiritual). I am licensed in California with over 10 years of professional work experience in community mental health agencies, health care agencies, and school settings. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, breaking generational cycles, and confidence, & career difficulties. My therapy style and approach draws from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I believe that each individual has strengths in overcoming challenges. You do not have to walk alone. Taking the initial step to sign up for therapy takes courage. I hope to help you heal and find your inner peace.

I am here to help you process your thoughts and fears. When scared and unsure, I am here to help you look inward at your strengths and capabilities. You are the driver and I am simply the GPS that will go over multiple route options you have to navigate. You get to chose. It is ok to be struggling with anxiety related to women's issue, cultural expectations, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, breaking generational cycles, and confidence, & career difficulties. Together, we will figure out an approach that best suits you. I will help you reflect and better listen to your gut and intuition in a way that aligns with your values and who you are.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

You do not have to walk alone. I provide a safe and warm space and meet you wherever you are at. We work through whatever weighs heaviest on your shoulders and what is weighing in your heart. We will explore a variety of coping skills for dealing with different problems. Our focus is on how your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect your feelings and actions.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Our sessions will incorporates mindfulness practices that include present moment awareness, meditation, and breathing exercises. I have taught yoga for over 7 years and have successfully assist clients' anxiety by focusing on what's present and through mindfulness.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

We will focus on what you can do versus what you cannot do. Despite the weight of challenges and hardship, we will approach issues from a place of strength and learn different ways to reframe negative thoughts into more positive.
