My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a core treatment method to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. Through CBT, I will help guide clients to recognize unhelpful or distorted thinking, develop healthier perspectives, and implement practical coping strategies to manage difficult emotions and situations. By focusing on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. clients gain the tools to reframe negative thinking and make positive changes in their lives.

Compassion Focused

In my practice, I incorporate Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to help clients develop self-compassion and reduce feelings of shame or self-criticism. CFT aims to cultivate a sense of warmth and understanding toward oneself, which is particularly effective for individuals struggling with harsh self-judgment or feelings of unworthiness. By guiding clients through exercises that foster self-kindness and compassion, I support them in bustling emotional resilience and greater psychological flexibility. This approach encourages clients to view themselves with empathy, ultimately empowering them to respond to challenges with greater emotional strength and self-acceptance.

Psychoeducation

In my practice, I use psychoeducation as a treatment method to provide clients with a clear understanding of their mental health conditions and the psychological processes affecting them. By educating clients about how emotions, behaviors, and thoughts are interconnected, I empower them to make informed decisions about their treatment and daily life. Psychoeducation equips clients with knowledge about coping strategies, mental health resources, and self-care practices, enabling them to manage their symptoms more effectively.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

In my practice, I use Solution-Focused Brief Treatment (SFBT) to help clients focus on identifying practical solutions rather than dwelling on problems. This goal-oriented approach emphasizes the client's strengths and resources, encouraging them to envision their desired future and take concrete steps toward achieving it. By guiding clients to set clear, achievable goals and recognize their progress, I help them build confidence and motivation to overcome challenges.
