I am a Bay Area native and earned my Master’s degree from the University of San Francisco. I have been in clinical practice for six years, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to support clients in navigating life’s challenges and achieving meaningful growth. I believe that every individual has the inner resources to work through life’s difficulties, embrace change, and cultivate a more fulfilling and balanced life. I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop self-awareness, and work toward their personal and relational goals. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s needs, with a focus on reducing stress, fostering resilience, and strengthening relationships. I am deeply committed to guiding clients through the therapeutic process, empowering them to heal, learn, and transform their lives.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is an intake where we determine what brought you to therapy, previous experiences in therapy and to see if we are a good fit ( Do you like my style of therapy? Can you see us working together in the long run?) We will also discuss your goals and what you hope to get out of our time together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I firmly believe that therapy is a collaborative process, where you are in the driver’s seat and I serve as your co-pilot. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to provide coping skills, support in shifting unhelpful thinking patterns, a listening ear, and practical tools to navigate life’s stressors and challenges. I value tangible, actionable strategies, so I offer concrete exercises and activities that can help improve your quality of life when symptoms are impacting your daily functioning.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I love working with young professionals and adults who seek therapy because they care about themselves and their wellbeing. My clients are eager to improve, willing to put in the work and want to live their best lives but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality.
EMDR
I enjoy using EMDR to treat client's struggling with trauma, PTSD, grief & bereavement, phobias, and anxiety disorders. EMDR can help alleviate and/or decrease symptoms such as hyper vigilance, fear, nightmares, worrying and tension in the body. It can be more effective than talk therapy because you don’t have to get into the details of the stressor and still process it.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is helpful in overcoming persistent negative thoughts and effectively managing symptoms. CBT helps develop practical skills and coping strategies to effectively manage emotions and improve your overall well-being. When we can identify how our thoughts influence our emotions we can change those negative thoughts to more helpful ones.
Psychoeducation
Psychoeducation is important because as humans we are curious beings and when we understand why we did something or where it comes from there is relief and understanding.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT is a great modality to help when dealing with extreme emotional suffering, managing emotional regulation, interpersonal difficulties, or self-destructive behaviors. DBT is very good at giving tools and activities to help manage the distress that you can incorporate into your everyday life to see change.

She is very knowledgeable about what specific tools a person can use for real life situations that are talked about in sessions. Uses scientific methods and data to solidify solutions and gives positive feedback on topics. So glad that I was able to start my therapy with her!
