I’m a warm, direct, and down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel like a genuine human relationship rather than a cold or overly clinical experience. My approach is rooted in feminist and existential therapy, which means we’ll look not only at what you’re experiencing internally, but also at how relationships, family patterns, societal expectations, identity, and your lived experiences have shaped you. I value humor, curiosity, honesty, and creating a space where you don’t have to edit yourself. My goal isn’t to tell you how to live your life, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and build a life that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
Hello! I appreciate your curiosity and willingness to explore yourself and your goals. I'm Alison Camhi, a California-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative journey of discovery. Having served in the mental health field for more than 15 years, I focus on identifying your inherent strengths and what truly inspires you. By meeting you where you are without judgment, I strive to understand your world and help you navigate life’s hurdles. Together, we will turn learned skills into real-world results, empowering you to live your most authentic and vibrant life.
You've been holding it together for so long. It's time to let someone else help carry the load.
Mood struggles don't just affect how you feel. They shape your work, your relationships, and how you show up for the people you love. You're doing your best to manage, without anyone showing you how.
You deserve relief. And the confidence to handle the hard days when they come.
Whether you're living with depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder, or you're watching someone you love struggle, you've come to the right place.
I'm Amanda--a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual work with adults, parents, and caregivers. Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of people as they moved from survival mode to a life that actually feels like their own. I hold a Master's degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and I bring both the clinical depth of that training and the wisdom of real-world practice to every session.
My approach is collaborative and personalized — because you're not a diagnosis or a checklist, and therapy shouldn't feel like one. I'm a creative thinker by nature, and I use that to bring fresh perspectives to our work together, while also providing the structure and direction that meaningful progress requires. In our early sessions, we'll take time to understand what's really going on and build a clear, intentional plan that fits your life. Most of my clients notice a real, positive shift within the first month.
A steady, meaningful life isn't something other people get to have. It belongs to you, too. If you're ready to stop managing and start actually living, I'd love to connect.
Each of us has our own story and sometimes our experiences leaves us feeling confused, frightened, sad, and often tremendously isolated. I believe therapy can unravel harmful repetitive thought processes and behaviors. Your painful experiences do not have to define you.
My approach to therapy always starts with listening to my client's needs. My methods evolve through constant customization and mutual collaboration. Therapy with me will include exploring aspects of life that are not working well and constructing solutions.
Therapist, social worker, recovering alcoholic, dog lover. That's me in a nutshell. My name is Ashley, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CA, CO, NE and SD. I have worked in the behavioral health field for 20+ years, and have been licensed since 2017. I see clients of all ages for individual sessions via telehealth.
I have a plethora of experience with different populations including homeless veterans, survivors of domestic violence, terminally ill patients, and children affected by trauma. I have also worked in settings such as the emergency room, crisis lines, and EAP programs, to name a few.
Hi I'm Shawn! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I'm warm, funny, compassionate, and a genuine therapist who believes you should be able to feel comfortable being your authentic self in therapy. I bring a gentle yet direct approach to our work- I'll listen without judgment, while also helping you recognize patterns, challenge what may be holding you back, and move toward the life you want.
Over human history, people have mostly lived in close-knit communities. This has eroded with the advances in transportation and technology. Most people have lost much of the social support our forebearers enjoyed. Mental Health Professionals have taken on this role in their respective communities and are an excellent resource for you to realize your strengths and improve your well-being. When your car breaks down you take it to a mechanic. When your tooth hurts you see a dentist. When your mental health can use a “tune-up,” see a Mental Health Professional!
It takes courage to accept and seek help and set out on your recovery journey. My focus in our work will be on meeting you where you are at and in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can collaborate and explore what can be helpful in addressing your needs, wants, and barriers to getting them met.
Together, we will challenge ourselves to show up authentically in relationship so we can examine the areas of your life that you would like support in. These areas can often include examining how systemic and cultural factors influence our perception of ourselves, others, and the world.
My hope in our work together is that you'll come away with a renewed sense of self and identity that not only addresses the hardships and challenges you have endured, but also empowers you to affirm your sense of agency, and make your mark on the world.
I’m Steven Frank, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in California, now living in Seattle and working with California residents through telehealth. Hi, I’m Dr. Cathy Evangelatos, I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Theology, enabling me to offer specialized Christian-integrated therapy for clients who desire to integrate their faith into their personal growth and healing.
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, which provides significantly more rigorous training and expertise than a standard two-year Master’s-level therapist. Psychologists typically complete 5–7+ years of doctoral-level education beyond a bachelor’s degree, with extensive training in evidence-based psychological interventions, assessment, diagnosis, and advanced treatment approaches. In contrast, most Master’s-level therapists (such as MFTs or LCSWs) complete a two-year graduate program focused primarily on relational and family systems work. This advanced doctoral training allows me to deliver deeper, more nuanced, and highly effective care — empowering you to achieve meaningful, lasting change with greater insight, precision, and support than a standard Master’s-level therapist can typically provide.

If you are a Millennial or Gen Z woman, you've probably become quite skilled at ignoring or explaining away your own needs so that others can feel more comfortable. On the outside you look like you are doing fine, but inside loneliness, uncertainty, and self-doubt tell a different story. I specialize in clients who are tired of surviving in silence and are ready to start living. Together we will explore past and present experiences to deepen your self-understanding and nurture healing.
I am a down-to-earth and collaborative therapist who believes that the foundation of effective healing is a genuine, honest connection. I prioritize creating a transparent environment where you feel heard and respected, allowing us to work as true partners in your mental health journey. My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy is most effective when it is practical, straightforward, and focused on your unique reality.
In our sessions, I value honesty and the identification of healthy, realistic goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), where we work together to uncover the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By identifying irrational thinking patterns and challenging negative self-talk, we can begin to reframe your narrative in a way that serves your growth rather than hindering it.
I understand that starting therapy can feel like a significant step, which is why I focus on providing a non-judgmental space where we can tackle challenges at your pace. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, daily stress, or life transitions, my goal is to provide you with a functional toolkit of strategies you can use long after our sessions end. Together, we will move toward a more balanced, resilient, and fulfilling life.

I have been in the psychotherapy field for over 45 years and love working with people of all ages, sexual preferences, racial and ethnic groups, and mental health problems presented. I prefer the one-on-one relationship that working in individual psychotherapy provides. My philosophy is that the bond that I build with you is the most important aspect of your journey. If you are able to trust me at a time when you are most vulnerable then I am succeeding. My approach is to collaborate with you and develop a treatment plan and therapeutic style that is right for you. All of my clients are unique, and I feel that your therapeutic voyage should reflect that. You may also come to me looking for a specific type or style of therapy which can help us guide your sessions in a particular direction. Ultimately, this is your journey, and you get to decide where we go and how we get there.

Hello, my name is Salomon Garcia, I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in southern California. I have been practicing for over 6 years. I have worked with a broad range of individuals ranging from teen to older adults. I have helped clients struggling with anxiety, depression, work-stress, low self-esteem and life transitions. My aim is to provide a relaxing and safe space to help people to be the best version of themselves.
Being capable does not mean you are not struggling. You may be meeting responsibilities while privately managing anxiety, trauma, relationship pain, or emotional exhaustion. Perhaps symptoms are disrupting your work or daily life, and you are wondering whether further assessment would help.
I bring more than 15 years of clinical experience, a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and a Master’s in Forensic Psychology to my work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I hold advanced certification in complex trauma (CCTP-II), DBT certification, and domestic violence certification, and I am EMDR trained. My background also includes specialized training and clinical work in inpatient and outpatient eating disorder treatment. I provide care in English and Spanish.
I help clients address trauma, anxiety and panic, OCD, depression, eating disorders, and relationship betrayal. Together, we connect present challenges with the patterns behind them, practice skills you can use outside therapy, and make room for difficult conversations without judgment. When appropriate, we explore whether additional assessment or referrals would support your care.
My work also includes emotional support through separation and divorce, and helping families navigate conflict, strengthen communication, and explore reconnection when it is safe and appropriate. Each person’s readiness and boundaries guide this process. Through women’s wellness coaching, I help clients manage stress, build sustainable habits, and navigate life transitions with greater confidence.
Across these services, my focus is on helping you strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with greater clarity.
You do not have to keep proving you can handle everything before your needs matter.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Brandman University and have been practicing for the past 10 years. I help adults struggling with life stressors coupled with anxiety/depression or other mental health issues to overcome challenges and stressors to improve their overall quality of life. I utilize an approach that is specifically tailored to the clients needs and supports their goals and healing process.
I'm a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with 19 years of clinical experience, 15 years licensed within private practice.
I consider myself to be bicultural. Having been raised as a first-generation American in a Latin family, I can identify with the mentality of someone living within two "worlds". Transitioning from one culture to another with seemingly different values, beliefs and language. I can easily understand the struggle that maintaining, and existing in both, can sometimes be. I've come to perceive and appreciate it as the gift of having a "bridge" that allows connection to, and understanding of, different aspects of people and life.
My education has a foundation in Clinical Psychology, woven with holistic transpersonal themes, the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and just plain down-to-earth common sense. Always keeping in mind the client's personal beliefs and values.
Some background: I have 12 years teaching in secondary schools in California prior to becoming a therapist. I have dealt with considerable childhood adversity and loss and continue to build a skillset to help others through difficult times. I am proud to say I love what I do. I am passionate about seeing others change themselves for better, and heal through trauma, injury, and all kinds of adversity which has taken a toll on their spirit.
I am an LCSW who currently lives in Los Angeles, California. I have been practicing clinical social work for the past 9 years. So far I have practiced in New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
