New to Grow
I believe that therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative journey of discovery. Having served in the mental health field for more than 15 years, I focus on identifying your inherent strengths and what truly inspires you. By meeting you where you are without judgment, I strive to understand your world and help you navigate life’s hurdles. Together, we will turn learned skills into real-world results, empowering you to live your most authentic and vibrant life.
Our first session is all about discovery and connection. You will find a supportive space where I am ready to listen and learn about your challenges and strengths. We will focus on building rapport while identifying which therapeutic tools and interventions are the best fit for your journey. It’s a collaborative start to helping you apply new skills to your everyday life.
I specialize in meeting clients where they are and fostering a deep sense of alignment and safety. My strength is my 15+ years of adaptability; I am a lifelong learner who will research and master new interventions specifically tailored to your needs. My focus is on helping you bridge the gap between who you are now and who you want to be, ensuring you have the practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to move beyond insight and into action. I work best with people who are motivated to take the skills and strategies we discuss in session and actively apply them to their everyday life challenges. I find the most success with clients who are eager to see the tangible results of their hard work, ultimately leading to a more intentional, resilient, and fulfilling life.
