Hello! I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can take courage, and my hope is to offer a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to move toward the life you want.
Since starting my clinical work, I’ve supported folks in making meaningful life changes, exploring their identities, and building healthier relationships—with themselves and others. At times, these changes have involved the courageous work of shifting long‑standing patterns — including ones that began generations before us. It's my honor to have worked with individuals across a wide range of ages, races, genders, sexualities, backgrounds, and abilities. I'm driven to meet each person with respect and a genuine desire to understand their life as they see it.
I’m a born‑and‑raised Californian with both professional training and lived experience in many of the challenges that bring people to therapy.
I am a queer identified, cisgender, white male who's deeply proud of the LGBTQ+ community I'm part of. I believe that within our diverse range of identities, abilities, and ways of life lays creativity, resilience, and unique contributions to our larger world. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy staying physically active and creative. Listening to music, going to concerts, and personally performing help me to recharge and find joy.
I look forward to meeting you and discussing how I can best support your growth and wellbeing.

Hi! I'm Dr. Chelsea Acker, a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise working with children and adolescents. I'm experienced with a range of concerns, but I have specialized training in treating trauma, suicidality, and early psychosis.
In 2019, I graduated from the PAU-Stanford PsyD Consortium, where I trained at the Stanford School of Medicine's psychiatry department and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital's program at a local high school. I attended internship (our version of residency, more or less) at the UC Davis Medical Center, where I received world-class training in the treatment of childhood trauma and early psychosis, both separately and together. I then completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Chicago Child Trauma Center, where I continued to build my expertise in the treatment of childhood trauma. After that, I worked at Kaiser Permanente, Oakland, for two and a half years, where I specialized in working with children and adolescents with complex, persistent symptom presentations, who had often been hospitalized multiple times for safety concerns and struggled to make progress with previous therapists.
I am an advocate for social justice , inclusiveness and equity. I enjoy working with clients from diverse background.
I aspire to reduce stigma related to mental health and normalizing getting help for mental health problems. I believe in building strong therapeutic relationship and holding a safe place for my clients in sessions. My approach is strength based, empathetic and empowering towards my clients.

I strive to meet clients where they are, recognizing that every person's story, experiences, and goals are unique. As a veteran and psychotherapist, I bring a calm, grounded, and solution-focused perspective to my work. My experiences continue to shape my therapeutic style by helping me provide steady support while maintaining empathy and genuine compassion for the people I serve.

Hi, I'm Rebecca, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve been working with children since 2001, both in educational settings and in clinical roles. Since 2009, I’ve also been supporting adults and families, helping them navigate challenges and improve their well-being. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to help individuals and families thrive.
I am a firm believer in the power of relationships as I believe they are incredibly healing. That being said, I come from an attachment and relationship-based perspective in which I value authenticity, compassion, and creating a safe space or container for you to come as you are.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of OSUN Family Healing Services, an African-centered mental health initiative dedicated to healing Black women and girls. My work is rooted in cultural identity, emotional healing, and community restoration. I support individuals in reconnecting with themselves beyond survival, addressing the impact of generational trauma, systemic oppression, and disconnection from identity. I am building a space that moves beyond traditional therapy into collective healing, self-awareness, and liberation. My purpose is to help rebuild individuals, families, and communities through culturally grounded, intentional care.
I’m Dr. Shaina L. Joseph, PsyD, a licensed psychologist specializing in working with children and adolescents. I received my degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My approach to therapy can be summarized using a famous quote: We see things as not they are, but as we are. Essentially this means that I believe in the importance of every person's unique perspectives and lived experiences.
I believe in the value of building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship to tap into your internal strength, self-expertise, and self-expression to promote growth and support healing. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, #126521, in California, and I graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy from California Institute of Integral Studies in 2015.
