New clients continue care with this provider

Healing from trauma is a journey, and you don't have to face it alone. I support survivors like you in navigating the complexities of trauma and rebuilding a sense of safety, strength and hope. I offer a compassionate, trauma informed approach that recognizes the unique impact trauma has on your mind, body and spirit. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, flashbacks, or feelings of isolation, I will work at your pace, providing the tools and support you need to heal and regain control of your life. Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard and understood. My goal is to help you find peace and feel empowered to move forward with confidence and clarity.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Your first therapy session is an opportunity to explore your concerns in a safe, supportive space. The focus is on building a trusting relationship, so you can feel comfortable and empowered to engage in the process. During the session, we'll spend time getting to know you - your background, your current challenges, and what brings you to therapy. We'll also talk about your hopes for therapy and work together to create a plan that aligns with your needs. Therapy is a journey and your first session is just the beginning. Take a deep breath, and know you're taking an important step toward feeling better and finding the support you deserve.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I approach every session with deep empathy, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Your experiences and feelings matter, and I'm here to support you without judgment, helping you navigate challenges with care and respect. I'm also a skilled problem solver, focused on finding practical solutions to the issues you face. Together, we'll explore different approaches and tools that work for you, empowering you to make positive progress. Holding you accountable is an important part of the therapeutic process. I believe in your ability to grow and change, and I'll gently challenge you to take meaningful steps toward your goals, ensuring that you stay on track while offering support every step of the way. Finally, I adhere to a strong ethical framework in all aspects of my practice. I respect your privacy, uphold professional boundaries, and always act with integrity to ensure your best interest are at the forefront of our work together. These strengths help create a therapeutic environment where you feel supported, motivated, and confident in the process of healing and growth.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with individuals 12 and older who are ready to tackle the issues that have held them back or had a negative impact on their daily lives. Special populations I work with are law enforcement officers and athletes experiencing mental barriers to performing at their peak.
