Welcome! For over 10 years I have supported people in managing challenges and improving their wellbeing. My approach is holistic, integrative, and trauma-informed. I offer a warm, grounded, and compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome—even the ones that feel difficult, painful, or hidden. I bring gentle curiosity and unconditional positive regard to each session, as well as practical tools and psychoeducation.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
You will have a save place to share your feelings, concerns, and what brings you to therapy. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences and answer meaningful questions during the Initial Assessment. For patients who desire to integrate their spiritual beliefs into their therapy, their faith or beliefs can be blended into the process of their therapy. We will co-create a Treatment Plan that is specific for you. Taking the first step to begin therapy can be challenging and I am glad that you are here.
