Welcome! For over 10 years I have supported people in managing challenges and improving their wellbeing. My approach is holistic, integrative, and trauma-informed. I offer a warm, grounded, and compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome—even the ones that feel difficult, painful, or hidden. I bring gentle curiosity and unconditional positive regard to each session, as well as practical tools and psychoeducation.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

You will have a safe place to share your feelings, concerns, and what brings you to therapy. Taking the first step to begin therapy can be challenging and I am glad that you are here.
