New to Grow
I believe that healing begins with a strong, supportive relationship, which is why I take a client-centered approach - meeting you where you are, listening without judgment, and creating a safe space where you feel seen and heard. I have extensive experience working with teens and young adults working through anxiety, depression, family dynamics and life transitions. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, building resilience, and develop tools to manage life's ups and downs. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, I'm here to support you on your journey towards feeling more grounded and empowered.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our initial session, we will be getting to know one another, identify your goals for treatment and how I can best support you. I will collaborate with you to create a plan for addressing your needs to taking your life back.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I will make it a priority to support you in feeling seen and heard. I will challenge thought patterns with a kind and caring approach while also moving you closer to your goals and the life you see for yourself.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety or trauma related symptoms. If you're noticing you're second guessing yourself, not in your preferred space, or want to take a different path in life, I am here to support.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I often use CBT to support in reducing cognitive distortions, reframing thoughts, and gaining awareness of control and decision making.
Strength-Based
I believe you are the expert of your own life, and you know yourself best. I am here to mirror what you are already doing that is working well for you, and iron out details and practices to better support your needs and goals.
