You've tried the planners, the apps, the systems everyone swears by. You've downloaded the productivity apps, bought the color-coded notebooks, set seventeen alarms. And you're still here, exhausted, wondering why nothing sticks the way it's supposed to.I'm Jess — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and someone who also has ADHD. I didn't learn about this diagnosis from a textbook and then practice applying it to other people. I live it. I know what it feels like to have a brilliant idea at 11pm and absolutely no ability to execute it at 9am. I know the shame spiral that follows a missed deadline, a forgotten commitment, or another abandoned system. And I know that the problem was never effort or intelligence — it was always the mismatch between your brain and the world's expectations of it.I specialize in working with adults with ADHD who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through life and start building something that actually fits. My approach is direct, practical, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in evidence-based methods — adapted specifically for how ADHD brains actually work, not how they're supposed to. No fluff. No vague advice. Just real work, built around your real brain.

Hi, I'm Penny! This quote has been posted in my office for decades, and guides my therapy practice. My faith and personal journey with healing drives my desire to serve others. As a survivor, I understand how we feel when we don’t address our traumas, how we begin to isolate ourselves, how our feelings of disconnection can get in the way of feeling fully present in our relationships. I know with guidance, support and compassion, we can re integrate our parts towards wholeness again.

With non-judgmental empathy, I listen to help clients understand their losses and even unendurable psychological pains, and provide ongoing support with therapeutic insight and expertise in a confidential setting.
Do you feel that you have been pulled in a thousand directions? Are you struggling with self-care, low self-esteem, negative thinking, your job, or your relationships? Is it hard for you to relax? I help clients manage anxiety, and depression and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify your work/life balance. We'll use a whole-self approach addressing the needs of your body and mind to achieve your therapeutic goals. I also use mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and Psychoanalytic therapy to help identify and build a stronger relationship with yourself.
Whether you are dealing with relationship issues, being overwhelmed, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, acclimation, addiction, or recovery, I'm here to support you. Seeking therapy can be scary but it is the first step in helping your well-being. You deserve a space where you can grow, heal, and become more reflective.

Hi there! My name is Chelsea and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. In the past, I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients of all ages and backgrounds. I believe my communication style is calm and gentle, while still being direct. I do my best to provide a nonjudgmental space wherein the clients I work with can feel comfortable sharing their concerns. I will also challenge clients when appropriate, to allow them to develop insight into ways they can change their thoughts or behaviors in a way that would be helpful for them.
My goal is to empower clients to reach their goals, so they can learn tools and techniques to help them better build upon their strengths and manage mental health symptoms. Eventually, my hope is for all of my clients to feel they are in a place where they can manage symptoms and life stressors on their own, through utilizing the skills they've learned throughout therapy. But until that time, I aim to help my clients learn how to change maladaptive patterns of behavior, and learn ways of helping their selves manage the challenges they are facing.

I provide a non judgmental space and welcoming to individuals of all walks of life. I work with individuals who are experiencing, anxiety, depression, trauma and major life changes. If you are a millennial or Gen Z woman, you've probably become quite skilled at explaining away your own needs so that others can feel more comfortable. On the outside you look like you are doing fine, but inside loneliness, uncertainty, and self-doubt tell a different story. I specialize in clients who are tired of surviving in silence and are ready to start living. Together we will explore past and present experiences to deepen your self-understanding and nurture healing.
Synchronize your heart and mind; so you can harmonize your life. When we are being pulled in thousands of different directions by our minds, it's important for us to ground in ourselves. It's important for you to connect to your heart and see what it needs. That's when you can find the bliss and harmony that you've longed for in life. Your life is a story to be told, and I am excited to hear it.
In the course of my career, my heart has been touched by at least three thousand individuals who honored me with their stories of love, loss, trauma, and a deeper a need for understanding who he/she is. I love working with clients who are ready to be challenged and identify blind spots in their lives. Many of my clients are therapists themselves or work in the field of healing. We create an individualized therapeutic plan and strategy based on your comfort and pace. We move gradually but quickly to address what changes you want to implement in your life. Most sessions are active, rather than passive. Yet, the therapeutic space belongs to the client. You get to dictate and tell your story at your pace.
“You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.” – Jon Kabat-Zinn
In life, there are going to be things that you have no control over. Your only choices are to quit, adapt, or learn something from it. Which choice will you make? Learn to surf or stay out of the ocean?
My name is Dr. Jennifer Jasmin. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California. My Master's degree is in Counseling Psychology and my Doctoral degree is in Organizational Development Psychology. I started my clinical journey in 2009.

Whether you are seeking guidance through personal challenges or working toward specific goals, I am here to help you navigate the journey with compassion and understanding.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a first-generation Latina. A lot of the women I work with grew up being the strong one in their family. The one who holds everything together, carries the expectations, and rarely had space to focus on their own needs.
I understand how complicated family, culture, and identity can be. Many of my clients are navigating the pressure of being first-generation, setting boundaries with family, healing from past experiences, or trying to break patterns that have been passed down for years.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from traumatic experiences. In our work together, we move beyond simply talking about the problem. We focus on helping your nervous system release what it has been carrying so you can move forward with more clarity, freedom, and self-trust.
*I've chosen to center my practice on the healing needs of women and the LGBTQIA+ community. I do not currently work with cisgender men, minors, or court-involved clients in order to preserve alignment with my clinical roots*
Hi there, and welcome!
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based just outside of Portland, Oregon, and I’m licensed to work with clients in Oregon, Washington, and California. I have been practicing for over 18 years and also work full time as a manager in a large healthcare organization, where I support teams and programs focused on helping people grow and thrive.
As a therapist, I love helping people get clear on what matters most to them- what they want life to look and feel like, and then walking alongside them as they take steps toward those goals. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where we’re exploring together what helps you feel more grounded, capable, and connected.
A quick note: My practice focuses on working with individuals. If you’re looking for therapy for you and your partner together, I encourage finding a therapist who specializes in couples work to ensure you get the most out of that experience.

I'm here to sit with you and to witness your lived-in experience. I believe that who you are is a culmination of having survived the pains of life and a result of how you learned to get love. I help you notice the deepest parts of yourself so that you can become your most authentic self. I will push you to lean into your humanity to integrate the unacknowledged parts of yourself. I aim to provide a balance of safety and challenge and in doing so, I hope to help you understand how much you gain by being more of who you are. I help you to see yourself more clearly so that you can develop self-compassion and self-love.
Although I am a therapist and have learned the many techniques of this field, my main stance is to relate to you as a fellow human being. I use empathy, compassion, and respect in every session and hope to make clients feel comfortable and welcomed, and free to be themselves. Often clients do not come in for trauma specifically, but more often than not, trauma and grief come up in a client’s past or childhood, so I am trauma-informed and very experienced in treating trauma. I am flexible for using part of a session for the “here and now” immediate goals, and part of session for healing old wounds, for more deep healing.
