I have been working as a psychotherapist for 20 years and in a variety of settings before that. I enjoy working with all ages and through different hands on methods that evoke thoughtfulness. Hello! My name is Gloria Rojas and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Outside of private practice, I work as a Director of Mental Health for a community-based mental health agency. I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Master’s in Social Work and a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Social Work and Child Welfare and Attendance. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space to process, heal and rebuild.
My services can be provided to clients with the following concerns: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, behavioral issues, ADHD, loss/grief, acute stress, adjustment to life transitions, women's issues, parenting, relationship difficulties, generational trauma, and cultural issues. All services can be provided in English and Spanish.
I was inspired to become a therapist because I truly love helping others and feel a great privilege to be trusted with assisting someone on their journey to healing. I am driven to do this work every day because I have been blessed with experiencing the power of mental health services in my own family of origin. Additionally, as a professional and mother, I hope to serve as an example to others of overcoming obstacles, social pressures, and cultural dynamics to have a balance and thrive in all areas of life.

I’m Essy, an LCSW/LICSW, PsyD candidate, and author who works primarily with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ adults navigating identity, trauma, burnout, masking, and the pressure to overperform in environments that were never designed with them in mind. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and strongly neuroaffirming. I blend warmth, honesty, insight, and practical support to help clients better understand themselves and build lives that feel more sustainable and authentic.
Hi, I'm Danielle. I work with founders and leaders (either in organizations or entrepreneurship) navigating the emotional weight of building and leading: burnout, identity shifts, and the pressure of always being "on." With 14 years in operations, leadership development, and my own entrepreneurial journey, I understand this terrain personally, not just clinically. My ideal clients are founders and organizational leaders who are high-functioning, self-aware, and carrying more than they let on. What brings them in is usually burnout, anxiety, relationship strain, or the quiet realization that success on paper doesn't mean they're okay. I help them move forward by understanding the patterns underneath the pressure, rebuilding a relationship with rest and identity, and learning to lead from a more honest, sustainable place. There's a reason people say building a business or leading others teaches you more about yourself than therapy ever will. I'd agree. It's one of the most profound and disorienting journeys a person can take. That's exactly why it helps to talk to someone who genuinely gets it. I’m also a mom of 3.
Who I Work With
-Founders navigating the shift from builder to leader
-Leaders in organizations carrying high-stakes responsibility
-High-achievers who are doing well by every external measure and know something still needs to change
Hi! I'm Eric Hamm, LCSW. I earned a MSW from Loyola University Chicago in 2005 and have been working in the Social Work field for well over a decade. I am a compassionate and goal-oriented therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life transitions, new challenges, and long-standing barriers. With years of experience in various social work settings, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique stresses people face when managing change, whether it's in their personal, professional, or relational lives.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and supportive techniques. I work collaboratively with clients to help them build practical coping strategies, improve self-esteem, and develop a greater sense of empowerment in managing stress and anxiety. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals facing life transitions, such as career changes, relationship shifts, or other personal milestones, as well as those who feel stuck or overwhelmed by long-standing challenges.
I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns while working towards meaningful, sustainable change. My goal is to help you feel more confident and resilient, equipping you with the tools and strategies you need to cope with life’s difficulties and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Sessions are conducted online, offering flexibility and convenience for clients navigating busy lives.
I’m a licensed psychologist who believes therapy works best when it feels real, hopeful, and sometimes even a little fun. For more than six years, I’ve helped teens, adults, and families heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with what matters most. I support meaningful change in a safe, compassionate space. I bring warmth, humor, and compassion to the process, helping you build insight, confidence, and a renewed sense of possibility.
I’m a mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals who are in the process of finding themselves. I work with clients who may feel uncertain about their identity, direction, or sense of purpose, and who are ready to explore those questions in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. My goal is always to support you in the way you need and give you the ability to make changes to improve your life.
As a Latinx, Spanish-speaking therapist, I bring a holistic and culturally responsive approach to my work. Growing up in an underserved community in Southern California, I saw firsthand how mental health was rarely discussed in many households—a reality that still exists today. This experience drives my commitment to breaking the stigma around mental health and creating safe, affirming spaces for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, multicultural and immigration-related issues, parenting challenges, and life and work stressors
Hello and Welcome!
Are there moments in your life where you wished things could go better? Have you noticed changes in being able to connect with yourself (mind/body) or being able to connect with others (friends, family, new acquaintances)? Have you wondered what's wrong with your self-care? What habits are interfering with leveling up?
I want to start by recognizing the tremendous courage and step forward in seeking therapy. I utilize a whole person, strength based, and compassionate approach to understanding your problems. My goal is to support you by listening and helping you find solutions that will work for you. I utilize a cultural humility and solutions focused approach to ensure that you are in the driver seat and I can be your headlights in reaching that destination. I pull from a variety of evidence-based practices and consider myself eclectic in style. In our sessions, therapy should feel natural, conversational, safe and overall be a space to promote healing. We all need someone to talk to, so let's work together. Tambien hablo Espanol.
Hi, I’m Fabiola Serrano, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a first-generation Latina who understands the unique responsibilities and pressures that often come with being the first in your family to navigate new opportunities, expectations, and challenges. I also recognize anxiety as part of the human experience and have personally learned how important it is to develop healthy ways to manage it. I work with first-generation adults and teens who struggle with anxiety, low self-worth, and relationship difficulties, especially those who feel overwhelmed by strong emotions, family obligations, or the need to “hold it all together.” My approach blends evidence-based therapies with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and practical coping strategies, including the importance of staying active. Together, we’ll focus on building emotional balance, confidence, and healthier boundaries while honoring your values and goals.
I was born in the US, but I was raised in Mexico. I lived in Tijuana for 10 years when my parents decided to move us across the border to Chula Vista, California. As a first-generation Mexican-American, I experienced a duality of cultures. I was often judged for either being “not Mexican enough” OR “not American enough.” I also faced enormous pressure to be successful – to justify my parents’ having left their beloved country so my sibling and I could have a better life. This is one of many reasons I decided to follow this path: to help those who feel alone in their journey. That’s how I felt when acculturating to this country.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at San Diego State University (SDSU). I was going to go directly into the workforce and eventually go back for my master’s, but an awesome professor challenged me to apply right away so I wouldn’t lose momentum. So, that’s what I did. I ended up getting my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Southern California. It took some time and courage to finish all my licensing requirements, but it was worth it! I’ve been licensed as a clinical social worker in California since 2019. I am certified in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT.

I'm a husband, a new father, and an uncle of 5. These are the things I'm the most proud of in my life and they help shape who I am as a person and a therapist.
I spent decades helping people with their physical health before transitioning to psychology. I've learned over the years that in order to unlock our highest level of functioning, we have to create a lifestyle that is dedicated to both our mental and physical well-being. My practice objective is to help you create and sustain that lifestyle.
I am a down-to-earth and collaborative therapist who believes that the foundation of effective healing is a genuine, honest connection. I prioritize creating a transparent environment where you feel heard and respected, allowing us to work as true partners in your mental health journey. My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy is most effective when it is practical, straightforward, and focused on your unique reality.
In our sessions, I value honesty and the identification of healthy, realistic goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), where we work together to uncover the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By identifying irrational thinking patterns and challenging negative self-talk, we can begin to reframe your narrative in a way that serves your growth rather than hindering it.
I understand that starting therapy can feel like a significant step, which is why I focus on providing a non-judgmental space where we can tackle challenges at your pace. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, daily stress, or life transitions, my goal is to provide you with a functional toolkit of strategies you can use long after our sessions end. Together, we will move toward a more balanced, resilient, and fulfilling life.

Synchronize your heart and mind; so you can harmonize your life. When we are being pulled in thousands of different directions by our minds, it's important for us to ground in ourselves. It's important for you to connect to your heart and see what it needs. That's when you can find the bliss and harmony that you've longed for in life. Your life is a story to be told, and I am excited to hear it.
In the course of my career, my heart has been touched by at least three thousand individuals who honored me with their stories of love, loss, trauma, and a deeper a need for understanding who he/she is. I love working with clients who are ready to be challenged and identify blind spots in their lives. Many of my clients are therapists themselves or work in the field of healing. We create an individualized therapeutic plan and strategy based on your comfort and pace. We move gradually but quickly to address what changes you want to implement in your life. Most sessions are active, rather than passive. Yet, the therapeutic space belongs to the client. You get to dictate and tell your story at your pace.

Mr. Briceño is a therapist who values depth, presence, and intentionality in his work. He was drawn to this field through a desire to better understand himself and support his immediate family through difficult experiences, and that curiosity continues to guide how he practices today.
His professional journey has included working with individuals across the lifespan and life circumstances from ages 4-106. This has shaped his respect for resilience and the complexity of human experience. Those experiences reinforced his belief that therapy is most effective when it is grounded in empathy, reflection, and genuine human connection.
He approaches this work thoughtfully and with care. Is intentional about how he shows up with clients, prioritizing presence and understanding over labels or quick solutions. He values honest conversation, self-awareness, and creating spaces for people to explore their experiences in a way that feels grounded and respectful.
At his core, therapy is about understanding—understanding ourselves, our patterns, and what matters most to us. Supporting that process, and witnessing growth that comes from clarity and insight, is what continues to motivate him in this work.

You've tried the planners, the apps, the systems everyone swears by. You've downloaded the productivity apps, bought the color-coded notebooks, set seventeen alarms. And you're still here, exhausted, wondering why nothing sticks the way it's supposed to.I'm Jess — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and someone who also has ADHD. I didn't learn about this diagnosis from a textbook and then practice applying it to other people. I live it. I know what it feels like to have a brilliant idea at 11pm and absolutely no ability to execute it at 9am. I know the shame spiral that follows a missed deadline, a forgotten commitment, or another abandoned system. And I know that the problem was never effort or intelligence — it was always the mismatch between your brain and the world's expectations of it.I specialize in working with adults with ADHD who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through life and start building something that actually fits. My approach is direct, practical, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in evidence-based methods — adapted specifically for how ADHD brains actually work, not how they're supposed to. No fluff. No vague advice. Just real work, built around your real brain.
I am warm, DIRECT, solution-focused, AUTHENTIC, mildly confrontational, 100% Raw/Real and guaranteed to make you laugh as I have often heard from clients that I am funny :-) I won't lie to you or co-sign lies you tell yourself. I will gently reflect what you are not saying and what you are not showing so that you can explore for yourself. The intention of services provided to present and future clients are to support them in navigating through the pain. The only way out is through. Not above, below, or around the pain but through it. The good news is you are not alone and don’t have to do it alone. Utilize the resources offered in this collaborative effort in creating the life (mind, body, & soul) you deserve.
We are all faced with challenges. These challenges can create limitations that interfere with gaining a sense of self, forming healthy relationships, and pursuing our goals. I believe we should not allow these obstacles to dictate how we respond to the environment around us. Learning healthy coping skills, challenging negative self talk, and setting effective boundaries can facilitate desired outcomes in our daily life. Given the opportunity, I would enjoy working with you right where you are. Let’s get to work!
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and deep compassion to every therapeutic relationship. My journey began long before I entered the mental health field—shaped by my years as a military veteran, where resilience, service, and human connection became the foundation of my work. Today, as a clinician and a mother, I approach therapy with the same grounded empathy, strength, and relational focus that guide me in both motherhood and service.
I specialize in supporting individuals living with severe mental illness, including those navigating complex trauma, mood disorders, psychosis, and long-term emotional or behavioral challenges. I understand that many of the people I work with have faced experiences that disrupted their sense of safety, identity, and hope. My role is to offer a therapeutic space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to move at a pace that honors their unique history and needs. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based practices rooted in acceptance, mindfulness, and emotional regulation to help clients build stability and reconnect with their strengths.
At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves a life worth living. I am passionate about helping people rediscover that possibility—whether through rebuilding coping skills, strengthening relationships, exploring values, or learning how to hold their pain without letting it define them. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and centered on the person as a whole, not just their diagnosis or past experiences.

Hello,
By the time we reach adulthood, many of us find ourselves carrying the weight of unresolved concerns. This emotional “luggage” can give rise to feelings of sadness, loneliness, helplessness, low self-esteem, hopelessness, persistent worry, and many other challenges that affect our daily lives.
Let me introduce myself: I am Dr. Varda Hakobyan, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Los Angeles, California. I work with a broad spectrum of psychological concerns, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, trauma, problematic relationships, behavioral issues, and more. These challenges can place a heavy burden on both mind and body, often limiting our ability to build fulfilling personal, social, and professional lives.
In my work with you, I draw on an eclectic, integrative approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs so that our work together supports both healing and meaningful growth.
Most importantly, I want you to know that I strive to create a safe, positive, and non-judgmental environment, where we can build a strong foundation of trust. It is within this trustful therapeutic relationship that we can explore the deeper layers of your psyche and support your path toward well-being.
I’m a first-generation, Vietnamese, transgender, and queer therapist who brings both professional training and lived experience to the work. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
In my practice, I often draw from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process trauma and experiences in a way that feels restorative. EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing by using bilateral stimulation—like eye or auditory movements —to reprocess memories and reduce their emotional intensity.
I also use Narrative Therapy, which invites clients to explore the stories they’ve been told or have come to believe about themselves. Together, we uncover how those stories were shaped—by culture, relationships, systems, or past experiences—and work toward reclaiming narratives that center resilience, agency, and authenticity.
I understand the importance of creating a space where clients feel seen, affirmed, and safe to show up as their full selves. Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity exploration, or simply seeking to reconnect with yourself, I’m here support you in that process with care, collaboration, and accountability.
Are you looking for a mental health letter for gender-affirming surgery? I write those! Feel free to reach out for short-term therapy services to complete the letter assessment process with me.
My practice uses old fashioned, human-generated tools and information methodically accumulated over years of community and evidenced based research. I do not use AI programs at any point in the therapeutic process.

I am a mental health therapist who is based in Orange County, CA. I received my B.A in psychology and social behavior at the University of California, Irvine. My area of study there centered on psychological and neurological functions of a person and how this contributes to each person's unique life experiences. I went on to receive my M.A for social welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles. My area of concentration there were health and mental health across the lifespan.
My previous research centered around looking at rates of burnout and compassion fatigue in different work settings. I have also been involved in research centering around how adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) can affect an individual's stress response and how individuals with higher ACEs are more likely to have more negative physical health outcomes later in life.
My specialty areas involve working with clients who have gone through different traumas and helping clients adapt, cope and grow. I believe that every client is uniquely different so I tailor my therapeutic modalities to the client's presenting needs. I enjoy my role in helping individuals achieve the best version of themselves. In my free time, I love keeping my mind and body active with physical fitness, reading, being out in nature, traveling and spending time with my dog.
