With a Master in Counseling Psychology along with a Master in Apologetics and Philosophy, I am well rounded in existential concepts and the inherent anxieties of life. I have spent the last 20 years studying both theology and psychology to seek a greater understanding of the individual and humanity at large. I offer a safe space for people to explore their struggles at their own pace and help them develop authentic, emotionally aware responses.

Clients have the opportunity to experience increased self-awareness in addition to practical steps for growth. Whether wrestling with career changes, individual questions, or relational shifts, clients will receive structured support and collaborative, compassionate care.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build deep, trusting therapeutic relationships that allow for meaningful insight and emotional healing. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and understood in our work together, which I see as essential to change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with people in the fundamentals of growth, highlighting beauty in the mundane, and caring for those who are struggling to identify or communicate their emotions. My style focuses on those seeking help in navigating their next step to experience the joyful fulfillment of life.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

Helping clients become aware of unconscious feelings and thoughts that may be influencing their behavior, particularly patterns they may not be fully aware of. While working from a psychodynamic foundation, I also integrate tools from CBT or mindfulness when helpful. This depth-oriented approach gives context for symptoms, while offering practical strategies that can support immediate relief.

Humanistic

Supporting clients in identifying their values and strengths with a person-centered approach to emphasizes capacity for self-awareness, growth, and healing. Aiming to understand the client’s internal experience to foster a sense of purpose and clarity.
