I have spent the last 20 years studying both theology and psychology to seek a greater understanding of the individual and humanity at large. I offer a safe space for people to explore their struggles at their own pace and help them develop authentic, emotionally aware responses.

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build deep, trusting therapeutic relationships that allow for meaningful insight and emotional healing. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and understood in our work together, which I see as essential to change.
I enjoy working with people in the fundamentals of growth, highlighting beauty in the mundane, and caring for those who are struggling to identify or communicate their emotions. My style focuses on those seeking help in navigating their next step to experience the joyful fulfillment of life.
