Sana Jindani is a licensed mental health counselor with experience in substance use, depression, anxiety, addictions, self-esteem, mood disorders, marriage and family, couples, and trauma. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. She is family-oriented, energetic, direct, and humorous but sensitive to her clients' needs. I currently offer virtual sessions that allow you to sit in the comfort of your home while we explore possibilities to relieve the stress or discomfort you are experiencing. Empathy, openness, and being nonjudgmental are some things that I hold dear to my practice.
As my client, you can expect to be greeted with a warm, personable welcome. I am energetic, direct, and humorous but sensitive to each client's needs. I am honest and provide a safe space for clients to be themselves as they process life stressors. I take time in getting to know my clients to ensure that we can work collaboratively to address presenting concerns. It is my hope that the solutions that we come up with can serve you in the long run as opposed to offering temporary solutions.
