My name is Alexis Ramsey a licensed mental health professional with 5 years experienced as a licensed clinician. I use brief solution focused oriented therapy to assist in identifying the presenting problem causing significant distress. Then I collaboratively come up with a plan of action that works for your specific situation.
My range of experience helps with not having a narrow minded view on each persons specific needs and abilities.
Using specific goals and objectives that are to be worked on weekly we can monitor progress and make alterations when necessary.
First session
In the first session we explore presenting problem and current daily life habits. Establishing the baseline for where yo are at can help us gage what areas may need to be focused on more than others.

I have worked with ADHD, Bipolar, intellectual disability, children, adults, and much more. My range of experience helps with not having a narrow minded view on each persons specific needs and abilities.

Solution-Focused Brief Treatment
In my experience with online therapy this method is the most useful to identify the presenting problem and come up with a collaborative solution to that problem. We also will process any present or past issues that may be impacting current daily life.
