Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I received my Masters from the NC A&T State University in Agency/Community Counseling and have been practicing for 14 years. I have experience any many different settings. I specialize in helping adults and creating a space for Wellness. You’ve come to the right place, a warm and judgement-free zone.
In our first session together, we work on etablishing rapport, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
