I also teach coping skills to help navigate daily challenges. Let's start today on the path to regaining control of your life. I look forward to hearing from you.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we will focus on building rapport and getting to know each other better. I will gather information to understand your needs and help set short-term and long-term therapy goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Many clients come to me dealing with trauma, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, and grief. My greatest strengths as a provider include my ability to connect with people through unconditional positive regard, active listening, and creating a safe space for them to be their authentic selves.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I have served clients aged 18 and older. I have experience working with professionals who are experiencing significant burnout and stress, including imposter syndrome.. I also work effectively with trauma survivors and individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, impostor syndrome, and low self-esteem. As a trauma survivor, I emphasize the importance of addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has proven to be one of the most successful treatment methods I have used. Although used interchangeably with other methods, I have seen results in reducing emotional lability in those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders. CBT also offers practical coping skills to help promote emotional control and resilience.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT helps improve emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. I have experienced success with this treatment in treating self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, and improving overall quality of life.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Success has been demonstrated in treating PTSD, anxiety, and depression with EMT.

I've been working with Jackie for a few months, and the experience has been truly transformative. As someone who had never been in therapy before, I was nervous at first — but from our very first session, Jackie made me feel safe, understood, and genuinely seen. Her compassionate and insightful approach has helped me navigate and unpack challenges. With each session, I notice meaningful progress and real breakthroughs. I’m incredibly grateful to have her on this journey!
