Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, mood disorders, gender identity issues, relationship challenges, or any other mental health concerns? If so, you are not alone. I offer a diverse range of evidence-based therapies that have been scientifically proven to alleviate symptoms associated with mental health disorders. My therapeutic interventions include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I empower those lacking motivation, encourage those who feel helpless and hopeless, and guide individuals who believe they have no purpose. I also teach coping skills to help navigate daily challenges. Let's start today on the path to regaining control of your life. I look forward to hearing from you.
In our first session, we will focus on building rapport and getting to know each other better. I will gather information to understand your needs and help set short-term and long-term therapy goals.
Many clients come to me dealing with trauma, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, and grief. My greatest strengths as a provider include my ability to connect with people through unconditional positive regard, active listening, and creating a safe space for them to be their authentic selves.
I have served clients aged 18 and older. I have experience working with professionals who are experiencing significant burnout and stress, including imposter syndrome.. I also work effectively with trauma survivors and individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, impostor syndrome, and low self-esteem. As a trauma survivor, I emphasize the importance of addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has proven to be one of the most successful treatment methods I have used. Although used interchangeably with other methods, I have seen results in reducing emotional lability in those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders. CBT also offers practical coping skills to help promote emotional control and resilience.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT helps improve emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. I have experienced success with this treatment in treating self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, and improving overall quality of life.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Success has been demonstrated in treating PTSD, anxiety, and depression with EMT.

I loved her gentleness, openness, and how personable she was in the session.

I was a little hesitant because it’s been years since I’ve spoken to a therapist and one that’s actually gets me and understands me. One who can finish my sentence before I do, one who can speak my entire sentence without me even saying a word, that is what I long for. She is amazing and by the end of the session, I felt more empowered and felt understood and cared for. I would recommend her to ANYONE!!

My experience with my therapist, Mrs. Jackie, was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and safe enough to open up during our session. I truly felt heard and supported. By the end of the session, I felt encouraged, motivated, and ready for my next session. She is great at what she does, and I’m thankful for the positive experience.
