As a licensed clinical social worker with six years of experience, I am dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s transitions, whether they involve work, family, school, or the challenges of reintegration after incarceration. I hold a degree from Texas State University, where I developed a strong foundation in mental health and social services. My practice focuses on helping clients navigate struggles with addiction, anxiety, and depression. I believe in the power of empathy and collaboration, creating a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings. I am passionate about empowering my clients to achieve their goals and foster resilience in the face of adversity. In our first session, we’ll take some time to get acquainted. I’ll conduct a psycho-social evaluation to better understand you and identify the areas you’d like to focus on during our time together. I’d also love to hear about any past experiences you’ve had with therapy and what your expectations are for our work together.

I love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their careers. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.
