My therapeutic modality is collaborative based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, with my style being Person Centered. With us working together we can build on your strengths that you already possess and gain a renewed sense of purpose. I am experienced in vast area of mental health including: crisis intervention, anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, addictions, stress, life transitions, LGBTQ, and marriage and family. Being highly experienced in working with all ages and populations, I am able to meet the needs of my clients Additionally I am passionate about what I do, and I love to help others through life challenges. Whether you are in a dark place in your life or have some stumbling blocks, I am eager to help you overcome.

During our initial sessions, we will dive deep into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month.
