My strength is my experience working with all different populations and all ages. Through the years I have learned to understand and respect the different backgrounds that shape every individual's behavior and their way of thinking. I strongly believe in the power that we all have as humans to adjust and adapt, and by doing so we become resilient and stronger. My strength is the ability I have acquired to get the best out of people, even in their darkest days.
