Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Indiana with five years of experience supporting clients through life’s transitions. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University and recently became Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C). I’m deeply passionate about maternal mental health and committed to walking alongside women through every stage of their journey—whether you’re preparing for motherhood, currently pregnant, navigating postpartum, or working to rediscover and reconnect with yourself. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space where we’ll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your background, current concerns, and what led you to seek therapy, but we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to start building a strong therapeutic relationship and help you feel heard, supported, and safe. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals for therapy and what you hope to get out of our work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported. I bring a deep understanding of women’s mental health—especially during the perinatal period—and a strong passion for helping women reconnect with their sense of self. My clients often share that they feel comfortable opening up with me because of my empathetic presence, intentional listening, and ability to meet them where they are. I’m also grounded, insightful, and dedicated to helping each client feel empowered in their healing journey.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best positioned to support women across the spectrum of their reproductive and emotional wellness journeys. This includes those who are trying to conceive, pregnant, in the postpartum period, or redefining themselves in motherhood. I also work with women who are exploring identity, healing from trauma, or navigating anxiety and life transitions. With a special focus on perinatal mental health and a heart for working with BIPOC communities, I aim to create a compassionate and culturally responsive space where women feel safe, validated, and empowered to flourish.
