My name is Sheila. I have been a Clinical Social Worker for over 25 years. My passion is to work with adults living with anxiety, depression and the wounds from life. My goal is to listen to you, join you and walk your path with you to identify and explore your situations, feelings, thoughts and behaviors. I believe that every person holds the answers within and often simply needs a safe space to seek out their truths and heal. I am able to offer tools along the way from a variety of evidence-based practices including Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I look forward to meeting with you soon.
In our first session, we will meet 1:1 televideo to talk about what brings you to counseling including what you would like to gain from sessions. We will review your history and discuss treatment planning. We will then schedule session which usually occur once a week for 8-12 weeks.

I enjoy working with adults dealing with depression, anxiety and the stresses of life. Together we will unpack your bag of worries and identify new ways of thinking and approaching daily life. I believe that living in the moment and learning to be mindful, aware and present are the key to a meaningful life.
