In our first session, I hope you find a warm and supportive atmosphere where you’ll feel at ease sharing your thoughts and concerns. My main focus is to build trust and create a space for open and honest dialogue. We’ll start by discussing your background, current challenges, and what you’d like to achieve through therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your unique experiences and needs. This session is not only a chance for me to get to know you but also an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn about me and my approach to therapy. By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a better understanding of what future sessions will look like and how we can work together to reach your goals.
