Hi, I’m Kyle. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I help people heal from trauma, move through anxiety, and reconnect with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in their lives. I believe that therapy is about more than just coping, it’s about growth, empowerment, and learning to face life’s challenges with strength and clarity. I work best with people who are ready to dig in, do the work, and take real steps toward change. I’m known for being direct, focused, and encouraging. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better, it’s to help you build the insight, tools, and confidence to live better.
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and what’s been getting in the way. You don’t have to have everything figured out, that’s what we’ll do together. You can expect me to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you start building a roadmap for change. My hope is that you’ll leave that first meeting feeling heard, understood, and just a little more hopeful about what’s possible.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to be real, but also challenged enough to grow. I care deeply about helping people find meaning in their pain and purpose in their healing. I’m someone who values curiosity, humor, and connection.
I work with mostly adult individuals and teenagers who want to make meaningful changes in their lives. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, anxious, or weighed down by past experiences. They’re often searching for a deeper sense of meaning or direction. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. If you’re someone who wants to understand yourself better, heal old wounds, and move toward a more authentic life, we’ll likely work well together. I also offer couples counseling for those looking to strengthen communication and connection, though my main focus is on individual therapy and trauma work.

Definitely looking forward to therapy with Mr. Kyle, he shed light on a lot of issues and within the journey, I felt I could be myself and he brought an environment of authenticity and love naturally, he listened in tune and also didn't just provide feedback but gave a lot of insight into the situations, I am excited for the journey and learning all there is to know throughout.
