Hi, I'm Ashleigh. Are you wearing yourself out by trying to do it all? Feel like you aren't yourself anymore? My goal is to empower you to overcome personal obstacles that will improve your relationship first with yourself and achieve your goals. Depending on your goals and needs the therapeutic process can include mindfulness, insight, and self-growth that will help you develop coping strategies and apply them to your day-to-day life to reach your full potential and begin to look forward to the future with hope. I value my role as a counselor and work hard to help my clients feel comfortable and supported through the counseling process. It is most important to me that there is a strong rapport between you and me, where you feel comfortable to be yourself, in a non-judgmental atmosphere. I would love to have the opportunity to support you through your wellness journey.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will review confidentiality, share brief introductions, and together we will set goals to target the worries and challenges you are facing. Sometimes it takes a few sessions to set goal and that's okay!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have experience working with adolescents, college students, and adults. It takes courage to seek help and support. If this is your first time considering therapy, or you’re returning after some time, welcome and welcome back!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with individuals who prioritize their self and mental health. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality.
