Hey! I’m Lauren and my goal is to be your process partner on your therapy journey, helping you navigate big emotions and answer tough questions. I feel privileged to be able to hear your story and honored if you choose to share it with me. After almost 10 years in this field I still can’t wait to learn more and share what I have learned with you.
My hope is that we can make a connection and I can help you feel safe to eventually share your story with me.
I’m stubborn and don’t give up easily. I believe everyone can get better and I would love to be a part of that for as many people as I can manage to help.
I like working with neuro-spicy queer folks from all cultures and backgrounds.
I utilize several modalities including Narrative and CBT along with a good old dose of us just hanging out and chatting. Sometimes it’s just helpful to process what’s going on with someone with an outsider’s perspective.
