Starting therapy can be intimidating and I am here to assist you taking that step. If you're navigating anxiety, burnout, or unresolved pain, I offer grounded, body-aware therapy rooted in nervous system healing, EMDR, somatic tools, and deep listening. My approach is relational, steady, and tailored to your lived experience. You won’t get surface-level strategies you’ll get a space to finally exhale. Clients choose me when they want real change, at a pace that honors their story. Together, we’ll build emotional clarity, stability, and a deeper connection to who you truly are.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is an opportunity to slow down. We'll talk about what’s bringing you in, what matters most to you, and what healing could look like. I’ll listen closely, offer reflection, and share a grounded plan forward. This isn’t a place of judgment or pressure, it’s the beginning of something more steady.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often describe me as steady, insightful, and attuned. I integrate EMDR, somatic practices, DBT, and inner child work to support regulation and clarity. I blend nervous system education with compassionate accountability so that you feel seen, not pathologized. Therapy with me is paced, embodied, and rooted in your real-life story.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are self-aware but emotionally exhausted, those who've spent years showing up for others while quietly carrying their own pain. Whether you're a helping professional, caregiver, student, or survivor, I help you reconnect to your sense of self and reclaim your peace.

My treatment methods

EMDR

I use EMDR to help you process trauma without being retraumatized. It’s structured, effective, and supports your nervous system as we work through painful experiences. You won’t have to retell your entire story, you’ll learn to relate to it differently. EMDR is especially helpful for childhood trauma, spiritual trauma, complex PTSD, and patterns like people-pleasing or shutdown.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps us understand how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected. Together, we’ll identify patterns that are keeping you stuck and replace them with strategies that bring relief and clarity. It’s practical, structured, and helps you feel more in control of your emotional world.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS helps you understand the different parts of yourself, like the inner critic, the people-pleaser, the protector, or the part that feels anxious or ashamed. Instead of trying to silence these parts, we get curious about them. Each part developed for a reason, often as a way to protect you from pain or rejection. In therapy, I guide you in building a relationship with these parts so they no longer have to take over or cause internal conflict. We also connect with your core “Self”, the calm, wise part of you that can lead with compassion and clarity. IFS is especially helpful if you feel torn, stuck in patterns you don’t understand, or like part of you wants healing while another part wants to shut down. It’s a powerful approach for trauma, anxiety, identity work, and emotional overwhelm.

Christian Counseling

If faith is important to you, I offer Christian counseling that honors your spiritual life while addressing emotional wounds. I’ve supported clients healing from church hurt, spiritual confusion, or religious pressure. We can integrate prayer, scripture, or spiritual reflection whatever feels meaningful to you. No pressure. No perfectionism. Just grace and healing.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

As a culturally affirming therapist, I use Solution-Focused Brief Treatment (SFBT) to help my clients tap into their own resilience and wisdom. It’s a brief but powerful way to identify small steps toward change, using your existing strengths. We’ll build momentum, celebrate wins, and create clarity around your goals—even when life feels overwhelming.
