Life can be difficult most days, but some days and seasons life can be overwhelming. When life gets overwhelming sometimes we need to reach out to an outside source for help and guidance. I am here to provide that help and guidance that may be needed during a specific difficult season of life.
I am a kind and supportive therapist. I provide a space for you to process your experience, pain and trauma so that you can move forward freely. Many of us carry unresolved concerns and issues; many of us have unresolved trauma. This weight keeps us back from being who we wish to be. I can remain present even during very difficult conversations.
I am a licensed professional counselor with a doctoral degree in counselor education and supervision, offering a thoughtful, collaborative space for growth and healing. I work with adults, and seniors, integrating a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and spiritual dimensions. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, build insight, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, focusing on your unique strengths to help you navigate life’s transitions, improve your relationships, and enhance your overall well-being. Hi, I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Ohio. I have over 7 years of experience working in trauma-informed care, and with families. Women tend to prioritize the needs of everyone else in their life, and put their own needs last. I am here to make your needs a priority and help you live a thriving successful life no matter what your role is.
Reaching out is a meaningful first step— I am glad you are here. For me, therapy is about creating a genuine connection where we can talk openly, make sense of things and figure out what comes next based on what matters to you. After 25 years working in behavioral health with adults from many different backgrounds, I've learned there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I value genuine connection, collaboration and even a little humor when it fits the moment. I also understand that life doesn't always follow the plan we had in mind and sometimes we need support navigating the chapters we didn't expect.
Hi, I'm Megan. If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, facing a major life change, struggling to find balance, or working through fertility concerns, you don't have to navigate it all on your own. I also have experience supporting clients through grief and other difficult seasons of life.
My goal is to create a calm and comfortable space where you can talk openly without feeling judged. We will work at a pace that feels right for you while focusing on the changes you would like to make. I'll listen, support you, and help you build practical skills that can make challenges feel more manageable. I look forward to supporting you as you work toward your goals.
You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a major life transition, struggling with relationships, parenting challenges, or trying to help your child or teen thrive, I'm here to provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and the owner of Ember + Sage Counseling. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, with a special passion for helping women, teens, and families navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, perfectionism, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and life's many transitions. My background in schools and community mental health has given me experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges while collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals when appropriate.
Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, calming, and easy to talk to. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth - I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, not a place where you're judged or told what to do. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change.
As both a therapist and a mom, I understand how easy it is to put everyone else's needs first. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, explore what matters most, and leave each session with greater confidence, clarity, and hope. No matter where you're starting, you don't have to navigate it alone.

Hello! My name is Jeyran Shahgaldiyeva, I am a licensed clinical therapist credentialed to provide services in Ohio, Massachusetts, and Florida.
First of all, let me thank you for beginning this journey. Starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time - so, please, give your self credits for being brave enough to make this big step towards improvement. Feeling better is possible. I'm here to support you.
I am a woman who grew up in a military family that has moved all around the world and changed many schools growing up. I started my career in juvenile corrections, then addiction studies, then mental health and now integrated healthcare. I specialize in the whole person and encouraging them to be the person they wish to be and seek to be. I have dealt with many adversities in my life as well as many amazing things that have occurred in my life. I use those experiences in my practice to empathize with my clients and remind them that all people experience things differently even if they are the same experiences. Individualized treatment is essential.
Hi there, I'm Jessica! I am an independent licensed social worker with over ten years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Ursuline College and my Master of Social Science degree from Case Western Reserve University. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals build resilience. I provide a safe space for adults and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, post-partum depression and major life transitions. I utilize an integrative, holistic approach that blends evidence-based CBT with mindfulness techniques and self-compassion practices, helping clients move from self-criticism to self-acceptance.
I work with insightful, self-aware individuals and couples who understand their patterns, but feel stuck changing them. People who are used to overthinking, carrying emotional weight quietly, and trying to hold everything together while feeling disconnected internally or in their relationships. My work focuses on helping you move beyond just understanding yourself to actually living differently by building emotional awareness, strengthening boundaries, and creating meaningful, lasting, and intentional change.
I listen with empathy and compassion. I meet people where they are, whether they are ready to dive right in and make changes, or need time to engage and decide if therapy is right for them. I enjoy connecting your past experiences with current life choices. I love helping people see that they have all of the skills they need for change, they just may not know it yet. Incorporating laughter, moments of relaxation and finding joy are a must for our sessions. My ultimate goal is to have the client leaving the session feeling better than when they started.
My name is Morgan and I am an independently licensed social worker. I work full time as a therapist as well as help people with Crisis Services. My main focus is adults with a trauma history but I have worked with all different types of mental health symptoms such as bipolar disorders, OCD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and severe mental health as well. I have worked with ages from 8-91. My personality is very calm and relaxed. I like to make most of my therapy sessions into conversations instead of constant questioning. I give my Clients the space to talk freely about any problems they are facing and work with them on an action plan.
I have provided counseling and therapy services for over twenty years. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and EMDR. You want to feel better, and I can help you take those needed steps. It is humbling to be able to walk with you on your journey.
I attend trainings regularly to try to keep myself informed about different types of therapy, and what may work best for different people.
I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from The University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert McKinney School of Law.
Life can feel heavy sometimes—and trying to hold it all together gets exhausting. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone. I help adults work through anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship challenges in a way that feels real, supportive, and actually helpful. My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all—we focus on what you need and what works in your day-to-day life. No pressure, no judgment—just a space to process, gain clarity, and move forward. My goal is simple: help you feel more like yourself again, but stronger, more confident, and in control.
I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Master of Social Work degree in 1992. I am dually and independently licensed in mental health (Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor or LISW-S) and substance abuse (Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor - Clinical Supervisor or LICDC-CS). I started out working with children and families, foster care, and adoption at non-profit agencies, helping families to overcome obstacles to success.
For the past 25 years, I have worked with men and women who are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, mental health issues, substance use issues, and other issues, to learn the skills and thought processes needed to become successful.
I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Anger Management, Life Transitions, Stress Management, Women's Issues, and Ethnicity/Diversity Issues.
Many people turn to psychotherapy or counseling for help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and painful relationship patterns, or simply because they feel something is missing from life. At times, we may lack the words to describe our struggles or suffering. By gaining insight into past relationships and experiences, many people begin to make progress toward overcoming these difficulties, becoming more effective in both their work and their personal lives. I am a licensed clinician with 20 years of experience helping individuals achieve a more fulfilling life.
Are you dealing with the life stressors of being a teenager or emerging adult? Feeling stuck? Depressed? Anxious? Well, you’ve already passed the most difficult part which was seeking help.
I empower teens and emerging adults (ages 13-40yo) to overcome daily struggles and live in their best potential at the best version of themselves. Together, we will work to identify your strengths and get you back to your higher self with balance. We will use a client-centered and strength-based approach to address the needs of your mental health. I also utilize a lot of cognitive behavioral techniques to assist with getting your mind, body, and spirit aligned. I love to incorporate lots of therapeutic activities with a primary focus on building self-efficacy.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University. My passion for becoming a therapist was rooted in a desire to increase access to culturally responsive mental health care and to help people of color navigate the therapeutic space with greater comfort, understanding, and empowerment. Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating a safe, affirming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe therapy should be accessible, authentic, and culturally informed, and I am dedicated to helping individuals build resilience, develop insight, and create meaningful change in their lives.
You deserve to be the best version of you. Let me help you by offering a safe, therapeutic space for you to heal. What are you waiting for? Book me if you’re motivated to make change!
If you’re a veteran, a man struggling in a difficult relationship, or an adult who is tired of feeling stuck, you’re not looking for someone to simply listen and nod. You want things to change.
I work especially well with people dealing with anxiety, anger, trauma, depression, relationship problems, low confidence, overthinking, addiction, or major life stress. My approach is practical and straightforward: we look at the thoughts, beliefs, habits, and circumstances keeping you stuck and start challenging them.
I also work with men who feel overwhelmed, unheard, criticized, or uncertain of themselves in important relationships. Maybe you feel like you’re walking on eggshells, questioning yourself, feeling guilty for setting boundaries, or wondering whether you’re the problem. Counseling can help you rebuild confidence, establish healthier boundaries, and make decisions based on your own values rather than fear, guilt, or pressure.
I’ve worked with thousands of clients and learned that people often have more strength than they realize. Sometimes you’ve believed lies about yourself for so long that they became part of who you see yourself to be.
I’m Christian-friendly, but I meet everyone where they are.
I listen closely, ask questions that make you think, challenge perspectives that may be keeping you stuck, and help you find solutions that work in real life. I don’t believe my job is to tell you how to live your life. I want our conversations to help you see your situation more clearly and decide what makes sense for you.
I’m also a huge Ohio State Buckeyes fan. I’ll gladly work with Michigan fans, too…but I can’t promise the same level of nonjudgmental neutrality I offer everyone else. :)
Bring your sense of humor into sessions. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff. We can be real humans in the room together.

Hi, my name is Tishina and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. For the past eight years, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood changes, and the challenges that come with everyday problem solving. I became a therapist because therapy changed my life. I specialize in working with adults in transition — particularly those in teaching, caregiving, service, and helping professions who are managing relationships, parenting, health changes, and shifts in life or professional status (pregnancy, marriage, divorce, menopause, illness, and career transitions).
My approach is trauma‑informed, culturally competent, and grounded in more than 30 years of clinical experience and study. I am licensed to practice in IL, NC and OH.

Hi, I’m Shannon, and I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the start.
I work with individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what’s next in their lives. Many individuals come to me for support with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, whether that’s navigating changes in relationships, career paths, identity, or overall direction. I also support children with challenges related to school, self-esteem, ADHD, and anxiety, helping them build confidence, coping skills, and emotional awareness in a supportive and age-appropriate way.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to help.
You can love someone deeply and still recognize that the way you're being treated isn't okay. You can care about others while also learning to care for yourself. Together, let's figure out what's happening, understand why it's happening, challenge the patterns keeping you stuck, and identify what you can actually do differently.
Hi there! My name is Dr. Jess Priode (pronounced "Pray-dee") and I believe every person's story deserves to be met with compassion, respect, and understanding. With nearly two decades of experience in the mental health field, I help individuals navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, depression, grief, family conflict, boundaries, self-esteem, and life transitions.
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and recognize that our identities, cultures, and environments can shape how we experience relationships, stress, and the world around us. I strive to approach each client with cultural humility, curiosity, and respect, rather than making assumptions about what your journey should look like.
Life and relationships can be overwhelming. Maybe you're feeling anxious, emotionally drained, stuck in a relationship, struggling to set boundaries, or simply unsure of what comes next. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of responding to yourself and the people around you.
You deserve a space where your story matters and where you don't have to lose yourself to take care of everyone else. If you're ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
Hello! I’m Shaunté Rogers, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of counseling. Finding the right fit matters, and I understand how difficult it can be to open up when the connection does not feel safe, supportive, or genuine. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, receptive, and nonjudgmental—where you feel heard, accepted, and free to explore your own journey at your own pace.
Hi, I’m Jessica Vargas LCSW, LISW and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment. Life can become overwhelming, whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, stress, major life changes, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical. I work collaboratively with each client to understand what is happening beneath the surface while developing realistic tools and strategies that can create meaningful change. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Your experiences, goals, and strengths are unique, and our work together should reflect that.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who may be struggling with emotional challenges, relationship concerns, communication, self-esteem, life transitions, family conflict, stress, or other challenges that are making it difficult to feel like themselves. For couples, I provide a supportive space to improve communication, understand patterns within the relationship, and work toward a healthier connection.
As a therapist, I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself—even when things feel messy or difficult. My goal isn’t simply to help you get through a challenging moment, but to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in your ability to cope, and develop skills that continue to serve you beyond therapy.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. If you’re ready to make a change, I’m here to help you take that first step.
I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be empowered by life's obstacles which we all must face. No one should feel alone in a storm. I understand that clients want to feel heard with a sense of empathy and understanding. I have provided trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, behavioral modification, and emotional support for managing mental health symptoms. I create a safe space for my clients to express their feelings and I provide positive feedback. We all go through changes and sometimes those changes are difficult to cope with. You do not have to struggle; you are not alone. I specialize in helping people reframe their thinking in order to overcome past traumatic experiences, familial conflict, and low self-esteem.
I offer individual, couples/marriage, and family therapy from the comfort of your own home. I will work around your busy lifestyle to help you build a treatment plan to accomplish your goals.
As a Reality Therapist, who is also a certified DBT practitioner, I believe we are all responsible for the choices we make. I have worked with people of all ages suffering from alcohol and drug-related addictions, borderline personality disorder, PTSD and other trauma-related disorders, sexual abuse, anxiety, ADHD, and interpersonal problems.
My core values are authenticity, transparency, integrity, compassion, and accountability and I operate from a place of moral principle. My purpose is to speak life into others and teach them how to do the same, starting within themselves. When we learn to connect our mind, body, and spirit we can accept things for what they are, people for who they are, and still find harmony within.
To me, life is like a roller coaster, and sometimes the only way to enjoy it is to throw your hands up and scream until you find the laughter within. We all suffer. We all have a story to tell. I’m here to listen to yours and help you find the peace that surpasses all understanding because we were never designed to go through life alone. Join me if you want to learn how to take back control of your life and become comfortably uncomfortable. You are unique. You are beloved. You are enough. It's time to be who you were designed and created to be!
Hello, I am grateful for your time in reading this. My name is Katrina Spohn and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (with supervision designation) in Ohio. I come to you with 11 years of experience in direct clinical work. I have worked in a variety of settings (community, home, office-based), but was enthralled with the emergence of telehealth service delivery. I am deeply passionate about the work that I do with clients. I am a highly attuned individual, who holds a great deal of empathy and compassion. When I am with you, I am with you. I want to help support you to speak the unspeakable; put into words that which seems so overwhelming to decipher. I am not a doctor, I am a guide and partner in your life's journey. I am eclectic in style and will adapt an individualized approach in order to best meet each of my client's needs. I am extremely open and receptive, and ready to really listen.
Hi, I’m Ashley therapist, animal lover, creative soul, and lifelong daydreamer. I bring a warm and down-to-earth approach to my work, and I believe that connection, curiosity, and authenticity are at the heart of healing.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me lost in a good book especially fantasy, romantasy, or dark romance (I’m a proud BookTok girly). Some of my favorite reads have come straight from client recommendations. I always love hearing what’s on your bookshelf.
I’m also a big fan of all things crafty. Paper crafting is my go-to especially junk journals and mini albums but I’ve dabbled in wreaths, t-shirts, and tumblers. My creativity also spills into my love of music, which spans from Sleep Token to George Strait to Eminem. I’m always up for discovering new bands or catching a local show.
On slower days, I love wandering through antique stores and thrift shops. Most of my home is decorated with pieces that have a story either found secondhand or passed down through family. I find comfort in giving old things new life.
Animals have always been a grounding force in my world. I’ve been riding horses since I was four, and my heart horse, Kirby, is my trail buddy and snack-sharing best friend (she’s a big fan of applesauce and cupcakes). My two dogs, Oliver and Dottie, are certified therapy dogs who’ve joined me in visits to hospices, hospitals, nursing homes, and children’s reading programs. Together, Kirby, Oliver, and Dottie inspired the name Free to Wander Counseling, a reflection of my belief that healing often begins when we allow ourselves to explore, play, and connect in gentle, open-hearted ways.
Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here just as you are.

I help adults struggling with an array of mental health disorders. I am able to work with a wide age range with struggles in everyday life stressors to trauma and everything in between.
Hi! I'm Andrea. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). I am licensed in Ohio to treat both mental health and substance use disorders. I have been working with substance use disorders for over nine years and mental health for seven years. My passion is helping others identify their ideal life and the necessary steps to get there.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in the understanding that no single approach works for everyone.
My therapeutic style is eclectic and integrative, drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. I often say that you can never have too many tools in your therapeutic toolbox. Rather than telling clients what they should do, I help them explore their experiences, challenge patterns that may no longer be serving them, recognize their strengths, and develop solutions that make sense for their lives.
Throughout my career, I have worked with preadolescents, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, substance use, ADHD-related challenges such as inattention and impulsivity, relationship concerns, stress, and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, empathetic, practical, and down-to-earth, with humor incorporated when appropriate. Clients have described me as someone who helps them feel heard, valued, supported, and understood. I consider it a privilege when someone trusts me with the deeply personal parts of their life and allows me to walk alongside them as they make sense of their story, discover what works for them, and move toward meaningful personal growth.

I offer telehealth therapy services to individuals and families across all age groups, with flexible appointments including evenings and weekends. My areas of expertise include trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), both of which have proven effective for my clients.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in creating meaningful change. Through ACT, I help clients reduce the struggle with difficult thoughts and emotions, normalize discomfort, build mindfulness skills, clarify values, and take action toward what matters most. With CBT, I assist clients in recognizing the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while challenging unhelpful patterns and building healthier ones. Using DBT, I focus on helping clients regulate emotions, manage distress, and improve relationships through mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. In my work with couples, I emphasize effective communication, rebuilding trust, and understanding one another’s needs to determine whether and how to move forward in their relationship.
My therapeutic approach centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I believe therapy is collaborative and focus on empowering clients to enact positive change, develop practical skills, and achieve personal growth. Each session is designed to leave you with tools to support your journey toward peace of mind, balance, and fulfillment.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or a life transition, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.
