New to Grow
I’m Dawn Adler, LISW-S, MPPM, and I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and cared for. I often work with people experiencing a variety of situations impacting their mental health, including anxiety and depression. In our sessions, my goal is to offer a safe and welcoming environment where you can share your life experiences openly and without judgment. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in building a strong therapeutic relationship, with the goal of healing and living their best lives. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, build on your strengths, and work toward growth at a pace that feels right for you.
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and review your background and mental health history. We’ll explore what your life looks like currently and talk about what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll discuss your goals for future sessions and begin building a supportive, collaborative relationship to help you move toward healing and growth.
I deeply care about my clients and am committed to forming lasting, supportive relationships with those I work with. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a genuine desire to help clients improve their mental health and overall well-being. I focus on creating a safe and trusting environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I am best positioned to work with clients who are open to talking and sharing during their sessions, who want to feel supported, and who value building a strong, collaborative relationship with their therapist. I enjoy partnering with individuals who are motivated to explore their experiences, work through challenges, and take steps toward healing and personal growth.
In my practice, I regularly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a structured, evidence-based approach to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
