If you are looking at my profile, you are probably having some life difficulty. I was in your shoes years ago. Seeking therapy was the best decision I ever made. It helped me take control of my life. I help people discover themselves, empower them with tools and knowledge, and help them heal. I help high-functioning people live their best life, unburdened by trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, performance issues, and more.
I have also been through the therapeutic process (I was a client), and I have done all of the things I will ask you to do.
My aim is to help you have the tools, knowledge, and experience to go into the world prepared to attain your goals.
First session
We will get down to business, learn about each other, and talk about what your therapy will look like.
Strengths
My greatest strength is the willingness to go wherever you need to go. I am very solid in highly charged situations. I am consistent, honest, and human. I have also been through the therapeutic process (I was a client), and I have done all of the things I will ask you to do. I know the treatment works. For me, it's not theoretical; it's experiential.

My experience is that if you repair the core issue, the symptoms will decrease and eliminates the need to manage the symptom.
