New to Grow
Reaching out is a meaningful first step—I’m glad you’re here. I believe everyone has a story worth telling and the ability to move forward with the right support. I help adults, including Veterans, identify what’s holding them back, build practical skills, and turn challenges into manageable steps toward their goals. I draw from evidence-based strategies that fit your unique goals. My approach is hands-on and collaborative, offering practical tools you can use every day to help you make real progress and feel more confident and supported.
Our first session is just a chance to talk and see how it feels—continuing is completely your choice. We’ll discuss what’s on your mind and what brought you here. Feeling unsure is totally normal. We’ll move at your pace, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
I bring a wide range of life experiences to my work. As a young mother in college, I navigated parenting, financial hardship, stigma and challenging jobs in the service industry. Those experiences—and both the support I received and lacked—inspired me to help others. Later, working with the military community revealed my passion for therapy. My life and career help me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds with empathy, authenticity and a practical understanding of life's challenges.
My professional and personal experiences have given me a deep appreciation for resilience, adaption, and life's unexpected challenges. I am especially well-suited to work with transitioning service members, veterans and their spouses, as well as adults facing significant life changes. Whether you're adjusting to a new career, retirement, health issues, changes in relationships, caregiving responsibilities or questions about the next chapter, I provide practical support and guidance to help you move forward.
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
While CBT is one of the primary approaches I use, I tailor treatment to each client's specific needs by integrating other evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment, mindfulness and person-centered approach.
