New to Grow
I am a licensed clinician with 14 years of experience in substance use treatment and 4 years in mental health counseling, dedicated to supporting individuals through trauma, addiction, and emotional challenges. I provide a Person-Centered, holistic approach that integrates CBT, DBT skills, Trauma-Informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques to help clients create meaningful and lasting change. I serve individuals ages 13 and older who are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma-related concerns, relational challenges, and low self-worth, as well as those feeling stuck in patterns of shame, self-doubt, or unhealthy coping. My work is best suited for clients who are ready to explore healing, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of identity and purpose. Through a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, I help clients separate who they are from what they have been through, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. My goal is to support whole-person healing from the inside out—empowering clients to move from surviving to thriving with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
In the first session, the clinician focuses on building rapport by creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where the client feels heard and understood. This initial meeting allows space for the client to share their concerns, goals, and what they hope to gain from therapy at their own pace. The clinician also completes a comprehensive clinical assessment to gather information about the client’s history, presenting concerns, symptoms, and strengths to guide treatment planning. This session lays the foundation for a collaborative therapeutic relationship and the development of individualized goals for care.
My approach is grounded in whole-person healing, where we explore how trauma, life experiences, and current challenges may be shaping thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I support clients in building awareness, strengthening emotional resilience, and reconnecting with their inner sense of worth and identity. Using a blend of CBT, DBT skills, Trauma-Informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we focus on developing practical coping tools, improving emotional regulation, and creating meaningful, lasting change so you can move forward with greater clarity, balance, and confidence in your life.
Ideal clients include individuals ages 13 and older seeking support for anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma-related concerns, relational challenges, and low self-worth, with a focus on fostering whole-person healing and improved emotional well-being. Services are best suited for clients motivated for growth, insight, and active participation in the therapeutic process, including individuals, families, and couples working to improve communication, emotional regulation, and connection while building healthier coping skills and strengthening overall functioning and resilience.

Interventions will include skill-building techniques such as behavioral activation, coping skills training, and problem-solving strategies.
Cognitive Processing (CPT)
assist the client in identifying and challenging trauma-related “stuck points,” restructuring maladaptive beliefs, and promoting more balanced, adaptive thinking through guided interventions and between-session practice.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
assist the client in developing skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to improve emotional stability and adaptive functioning.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment that fosters self-exploration, enhances insight, and promotes the client’s autonomy and capacity for growth.
