I am licensed in Ohio with over 8 years of professional work experience. In my experience working with wonderful clients I am truly amazed by the desire clients have to grow through barriers and break through to better levels. Whether the client is an individual or a couple, whether dealing with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression, I have learned that humans want a better life and will work to get there. This brings such respect, sensitivity, and compassion to each person as your journey is like no other. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I will do my all to assist with you taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I do work with clients here in a talking/coaching style. I am a certified life coach as well and I will use my skills to assist you in any way, however, behind every conversation and response is a clinical therapeutic heartful approach.

Initially, our first meeting, it makes sense that we introduce ourselves to each other and learn about what brings us to the platform. My goal is to listen and to really hear what your goals are and to communicate this together, along with strong support during our course and your journey.

Having worked with young professionals for the past 8-9 years, I have strengthened my skills of listening, to listen with compassion, and with empathy towards helping you to identify the root cause of your challenges and to create a supportive and individualized plan that leads to measurable progress.

All my experience has been working with adults ranging from ages 18 through 70. Your background is amazing and beautiful and although different than mine, you are fully truly amazing in your own unique way. You are accepted and beautiful with zero room for judgement. I fully accept you as you are. I’m fully open and more so hopeful in working together with you. OF NOTE, I have multiple openings throughout the day; Morning afternoon and evening.
